Great customer service from Seven Living .
I viewed an apartment to rent at Broad Oaks, Solihull. All the staff I dealt with that is Ava , Paul & Amna were brilliant. Replied straight away with my emails , phone calls & kept me up to date along the way. Professional & friendly & any questions I had they advised & if weren't sure they found out for me. I felt very comfortable dealing with them all during the stressful time of looking for a rental.
I felt important & not just a number to them.

Even though I have only worked with Jiaze for a month, he is absolutely a star - very responsive, efficient and organised. He is working very hard to help me coordinate all the renovation works so that I can re-market my property to get passive income as soon as possible. I feel so lucky that I have moved my property to Seven Living for management. Jiaze is excellent.

Seven Living is a great company. They take great care of me and my property. We are so happy to have them as our letting agent. They are very responsive and very friendly. I can always count on them to take care of anything i need. If i was ever to sell a property, look for a rental (currently they manage my property), i will consider them first. Excellent company. All of them that work there are great.
