I'm here to share my experience about my traveling from UK to Nigeria the service is very okay professional excellence I want to thanks Anna Jeff for supporting me helping me to make everything goes smooth.

The officer was very helpful efficient and managed to help me with bookings. Also kept me informed.

I like the fact how they handle my tickets and payments. Bit of misinformation but lisa handled well.

Henry Brown was my travel agent. He was very helpful during my flight booking. Henry was hands on, patient and provided professional advise. He was eager to assist, work on my budget and still made sure I got the best deal on my flight.
I would recommend Henry anytime because he is very professional and possess a very good and effective communication skill.

I had a good experience interacting with a staff of the seven zones travel while making an enquiry on booking a flight to Nigeria. My interaction with Paul Garry was amazing, his expertise was top notch, his attention to details was fantastic and manner of approach highly commendable. In fact I have told my friends to contact zones whenever they wish to book a ticket and as for me, seven zones services is highly recommendable and trusted.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Seven Zones Services Limited and to bring my concerns to the attention of its management.

I contacted the company to arrange a return flight to Lagos with RwandAir. I was quoted £583.70 and paid a £50 deposit by bank transfer to an account in the company’s name. I also provided my passport details as requested.

After receiving the booking information, I decided to verify the reservation directly with RwandAir before paying the outstanding balance. Although the airline’s website recognised the booking reference and displayed my details, I was informed that payment for the ticket had not been received. I had not been issued an e-ticket.

Naturally, this made me uncomfortable about proceeding with the transaction, so I decided to cancel the reservation and requested a refund of my £50 deposit.

The company’s representative initially told me that I could receive £30, with £20 deducted as an administration fee. However, when I subsequently requested a full refund and explained my concerns, I was told that the deposit was non-refundable and that I could use the money as credit towards future travel instead.

After I challenged this position, the representative acknowledged the inconsistency in the earlier correspondence and said the company would review the circumstances of my booking and clarify the refund position. However, I have not yet received a firm confirmation of the amount to be refunded or when the refund will be paid.

What has disappointed me most is the uncertainty, the changing explanations about my refund, and the time and effort I have had to spend trying to resolve a matter that I believe should have been handled more clearly from the beginning.

I understand that a booking reference is not the same as an issued ticket, and I am not claiming that the existence of a reservation alone proves wrongdoing. My concern is that I paid a deposit, did not receive an e-ticket, and am now having to pursue the return of my money.

I am appealing directly to the management of Seven Zones Services Limited to review my case, reconsider the retention of my deposit, and arrange a full refund of £50.

I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and resolve the matter professionally. I will be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

They very honest and reliable

This company is a scam.t
They quote you a price for travel and ask you to pay a deposit to secure. However when you ready to pay the balance, they then tell you the price had increase and that the price you were quoted was promotional. However, this was shared at the time of booking. Stay well clear of this company.

My agent Linda went above and beyond. I am a person who has special needs which can be frustrating for others. Linda made sure I was accommodated.
As a person who is diabetic, Linda made sure my meals were specific to my needs.
The thing I appreciate most about Linda is that when I called, she was always available 24 hours every day of the week. She also managed to book a flight that fits my budget and has comfortable seating.
My trip was a round trip .she asked how my trip when I arrived my destination then she reminded me of my check in returning and also asked me about my trip .(this showed me that she cares about her clients
I have realised that when I call Sevenzone, if someone else answers my calls they do not seem to give me satisfactory service. I called once and someone answered but did not seem to satisfy my requirements. That is why I need to be assisted by Linda in the near future,She has excellent service . I

My experience with SevenZones was very good , the service was smooth and straightforward. They really helped even when I was having trouble with airline they still sort it out , Linda was the one that handle it she did a great job and I’m please to recommend the service to anyone family and friends . On the 4th September I booked a ticket to Ghana which I was quoted £739 return with British airway with installment to complete before 15th October 2026. This guys dragged me through stress. In the 6th October 2026 this guys sent me an email to pay the balance before 5pm on the 6th october or else my price will go up out of no where after them promising no price increase. I paid the full balance before 2pm on 6th October yet i never had no ticket from. They tried to push for more money from me and in the end i aggred but never got the ticket so after several phone call they decided to charge me £120 as cancellation charges with no fault from me. They are liars, dishonest and fraudsters. Never buy ticket from them and if you read their past reviews they more bad reviews than goods reviews. Even the good reviews might not be genuine reviews. At the end they kept my £39 as cancellation fees with no faults from me. Please before dealing with seven zones read the review and its they rob customer. I was force to buy expensive ticket from British airways direct from BA site.
