I’ve been trying to cancel my order since seconds after I sent the confirmation email they were quick to accept but I tried calling emailing live chat to no response I’ve been waiting weeks I bet the 90% refund has gone out the window 60 days before I can put in for fraud the delivery service created the label first day and hasn’t received the item
You sent me a used dried out doll that had crack in the skin with flake all over it. The face was chewed up. The under arm joints were split open. The toes on one foot were split almost all the trough. It was dirty.
I am surprised that you would send something like out. I am just wanting my refund.

SDC has some of the nicest dolls around, for the best prices you'll find anywhere. Which is why I have bought so many dolls from them, after discovering them this year.
This one was the Starpery 172F doll, loaded with Premium features. Really lovely.
