Horrible customer service. I mistakenly ordered an incorrect size fitted sheet and contacted customer service to request a return since they will not do an exchange. Once the return was approved they sent me a shipping label and I simultaneously returned the mistake and bought the correct size. The new ones arrived and I used them, but several days later got the wrong ones returned to me being told that they were not returnable. They had not been used or washed, I had only opened the package to discover I'd ordered the wrong size. As a result I had to pay for the fitted sheets that don't fit as well as the ones that do, that perhaps I would not have ordered if I knew the others were not returnable. The woman at customer service was rude, condescending, and would not connect me to a supervisor.

Bought Sferra Olindo King Blanket. Original price roughly $1200. Arrived on time, but had 5 stains on it. Took pictures. Called them within 30 minutes of delivery. They would not stand behind their product [even though my receipt says they mailed it to me] saying since I purchased via Bloomingdales, go back there. Fair enough. But what I also seemingly learned is that apparently when people return items to Sferra, they resell these used return items to Bloomingdales and other stores who then allegedly pass these off as new, unused items even though they may have been used by a customer for up to 30 days [or longer] in their sole and absolute discretion. So what you thought was new might actually be 30 days old. That might be acceptable if you’re knowingly purchasing used or clearance, but not if you expected new. Very disappointing.

Purchased a pillow Somerset for $430 after a discount, the original price of this so called luxury high end pillow was $500. It went completely flat in a week! the feathers and filling gets pushed to the side and your head is left with no support! Stop selling crap and charging so much for it!
