SFL Worldwide レビュー

It's a very good shipping service in thevworldwide.door to door .My second time shipping in indiavery good service.trust full. All employees are very good and best and extraordinary service.Thank you Niravbhai. Swati.

I needed to ship my boxes and TV for a permanent relocation and I shopped around and found SFL shipping, I did get a good price compared to all other companies. Mr punit was extremely patient and helpful and almost always returned my call , there pickup driver Jose was a extremely polite and kept me informed all during the trip for Memphis to Texas. My ETA was 5 to 7 days , my things got to Egypt in 3 days and all my boxes and TV made it safe all with a good price. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend SFL to anyone who needs shipping. Thank you Mr punit.

Absolutely amazing service from SFL. Puneet has been very responsive and helpful and prompt in providing labels. He has helped me save a bunch of money. I am glad I was introduced to SFL by a friend.
Thank you Puneet for your support.

15 months elapsed, SFL not yet refunded my $323 which they fraudulently took from me under the threat that unless I paid this Customs charge the goods would be sent to Customs warehouse. They could not produce any invoice from Customs on this money. They took hostage to my invaluable goods from India. Even after payment of hostage money, they didn't release the goods, and I had to take help from USA authorities for getting the goods. Irrespective of a few positive comments from some customers (may be their relations and friends) one should avoid taking their service. Their Indian Agent Multimodal Shipping Chennai is equally unprofessional. I have all the correspondence on this issue.

I was very impressed with the services I got from SFL worldwide. I posted a query on their website about sending documents from the U.S. to India. Mahek got in touch with me over phone the same day, discussed the options and help with arranging the shipment. The documents were delivered on time.
Amazing customer service and delivery through Fedex at a fraction of the price that Fedex would charge.

Initially I was a bit apprehensive. However I was able to have the letter packet delivered exactly as agreed by SFL. I am very satisfied by the service and will continue to use their services in the future.

Great service, cost effective as well

Have been shipping with SFL for sometime now and no issues. Punit has been extremely helpful.

Perfect service.

Quick and economical way of sending documents overseas.

Amazing service. Staff is very responsive and able to ship parcels at economic pricing with the help of sfl worldwide. Recommendable.

I have used their service to send documents from NYC to Singapore. Process was quick, simple and affordable. I got a quick callback from their team explaining the procedure. The drop-off was at a FedEx location and the shipping was prompt with clear tracking. Will 100% use their service again.

If it was possible to give negative, I would have given that. They cheated with us in every step of the process.
Step 1: at the time of estimation, they did a video tour of the entire house, and the quotation given was of 3500-4000 usd for our shipment from US to India. I understand that final amount could be slightly more than that (10-20%), but when they came for pick up the quotation shared was 7200 and ofcourse I had no choice as I couldn't get anyone else at the last moment and they made full use of it by extorting us.
Step 2: The person they sent in the US, kept packing the stuff without bubble wrap and we kept requesting that we have paid for bubble wrap and hence please do it so that our delicate stuff and crockery doesnt break. But they didnt listen and even left few stuff as they left in hurry.
Step 3: Then they assured that our left stuff will be picked up and will be repacked and leave US by end of December before we leave from US. We kept asking that when is it leaving and then they suddenly had man power shortage and due to which our shipment didn't leave before we left again inspite of repeated assurance that our shipment will leave US before we leave from there. Finally, it left 1 month later than it's earlier scheduled date.
Step 4: we were assured they will repack the stuff again so that it doesn't break when it gets delivered to us. But the poor experience continued, and when we received the item in India, everything that could be broken was broken. Bed, dresser, coffee table, crockery, suitcase etc. I will share the photo as well.
Step 5: when I complained with evidence about it, they said you have taken a basic insurance package and our team will get back. And it's been a month since I kept writing to them, and like they have been doing, they are not sharing any timeline of the damage compensation.

The reason I am sharing this is that no one else face this problem that I face by using their service.

Biggest crooks in the business .. held my stuff hostage for over a month and did not deliver on what they promised . I had to pay someone out of pocket to do what they were paid to do . NEVER do business with them !!! Horrible unethical and unprofessional .. they are basically THUGS

SFL is extremely reliable and I have had the best experience using this platform to ship my items. The team is flexible, reliable and affordable. Specially, Punit’s services have been extremely helpful to me and I highly recommend this service!

I loved their service, It's cheap and reliable. I highly recommend this.
