On march 23 2026 received the wrong scooter called same day left message no return call. Got a text next day said that they were emailing me a return label, today is April 5 left 2 text messages no response. Still no return label.
Got what we needed at an unbelievable price! Shipping was fast, and service follow up was prompt and helpful!
Easy to b order. The wheel chair is very sturdy. Folds easily. Will be using it a lot on trips.
Having the product I needed for every day use. The cost of the product was reasonable. I was able to track my product by using the app. One thing can be improve is that, when the product is shipped to place or home; it don't tell you in real time that the product arrive. I got the text hours later. I thought that can put my package in danger of being stolen.
Only received half the parts for the equipment I ordered
I ordered a walking pad and it is an exactly what I wanted! And it was shipped safely and quickly.
Only gave them one to go on with the review. Don't purchase from this place. I've been arguing back for a month on where is my package. Buyer be aware!

According to the tracking information, the package shows delivered. Sometimes the carrier may leave the parcel in a mailbox, front door, porch, garage, or with a neighbor, so we kindly recommend checking these locations first. It’s also possible that a family member or someone at your address received it on your behalf.
If you’re still unable to locate the package, please let us know. We recommend contacting your local post office or delivery carrier as well, since they can often provide more specific delivery details (such as the exact drop-off location or GPS confirmation).
Please don’t worry — if the package still cannot be found after checking with the carrier, feel free to reach out to us again and we will do our best to assist you further and find a solution.

I ordered a black bike, and they gave me a white one. Also, the battery I ordered was a 17.5mh. They sent me a 15mh, last but not least it's supposed to have been a 500w. They sent a 750w.
