I have had many successful deliveried from IHerb. I recently made an order of below $50 & the status says "delivered by Ninja Van". I did not receive the order & Ninja Van cannot say who the item was delivered to.

They delivered the order ( vitamin c and A) very hot and spoiled, not first time, I can’t return it back it cost me too much money more than the order price internationally, they have no way to contact them. They cheat us they started to send by climate control after they cost me thousands of dollars for previous orders reached spoiled then they stop that service again they send it sticky and hot. Here in Qatar no other choice to order from. I will sue them for all previous orders for years. Order number is 977091241

Ho ordinato 7 pacchi da iHerb (540709665, 540709491, 540707642, 540275548, 539623647, 540709918, 540710064, €435,47) mai ricevuti. Il corriere HR Parcel ha falsificato tutte le consegne e un pacco è stato abbandonato in un'altra città, con esposizione grave dei miei dati personali a terzi. Iherb ha completamente ignorato le mie proposte di collaborazione anche a mie spese, ignorando la mia posizione e negandomi addirittura i rimborsi per gli ordini mai ricevuti.

I placed on order of 15 items on iHerb, canceled 5 immediately-but 3 of the canceled items were still delivered. The app still shows only 5 items and not the full order. I emailed their support team on August3 but got no response. I received all 13 items in the end,but I still expect a refund for the 3 items that I clearly canceled and want the system fixed to prevent this from happening to others.
