Products well priced and great quality.
However, delivery finally took over a week and I thought it was 48hrs when buying.

Streamline ordering service. I was kept informed from the order received to delivery. My product arrived on time well packaged and no damage. I am pleased with the machete to tackle my garden.

Good communication, delivery prompt and to the date specified.
My only concern would be that although I received parcel within minutes of delivery,(Royal Mail), it was left on my front step which for a product potentially lethal Ithought would have required a signature.Not supplier’s fault more a delivery concern.

Great product, great customer service

My experience of Sgt Prepper was very good.
Unlike rip-off merchants like 'Military Mart' their sales copy was honestly written, qualified by knowledge of the stock and accurate.
The communications were professional, useful and timely.
And unlike 'Military Mart' they didn't abuse having my email address with spam operations.
The kit they sold was genuine and in excellent condition, as described.
The prices were fair and the dispatch and receipt were exemplary.
I will do business with them again and am happy to reccomend them. Unlike 'Military Mart' which I have blacklisted as a rip-off merchant.
