Amazing experience
Amazing experience from start to finish. I purchased a dining table and tv unit in mango wood. After the purchase I received details on how to care for my items. Within 1 working day my delivery day was confirmed and they kept to a 2 hour delivery window. On the delivery day they texted on approach and were amazing to deal with. I could not recommend Shack more highly.

Ordering process was easy
Ordering process was easy. Didn't receive too many emails about the order. Shack did what they said when they said. The goods were delivered on time without any damage. No assembling was required. Reasonable time period from order to receipt of goods. Even received a phone call from a real person confirming the order and details. Would recommend Shack to others.

Great product
Great Sale
Made it so easy, picked and paid for the product online, we got to pick up the product from the Warehouse.
As the situation was time sensitive Shack really helped with their business model as we didnt have to wait for shipping.

I love Shack furniture!
I love Shack furniture and now have a number of pieces. The quality of the furniture is excellent. I bought a flower inlay side table and I am so impressed by the design and make. I also bought a Phoenix side table to match the console table and the wood design is beautiful.
The reason I have not given 5 stars is because when I collected the table from the warehouse it was sitting, uncovered, at the entrance, on a very windy day, and had dust and dirt on it as well as some marks. It really should have been protected. The flower inlay table was boxed.
Nonetheless, the Phoenix side table is beautiful. Thank you Shack for producing quality furniture!
