Product was purchased in Australia. Top case mount is not symmetrical, when placed on the scooter it is leaning to the left side, and when you put top box (SH 34) non- symmetry is even more visible. Don’t go with Shad if you have Nmax, or go and risk.

I bought the 3p panniers and fitting kit for my ducati diavel 1260 year 2020 I wanted the back rest for my pillion passengers but shad do not make them I now have to sell ALL my shad 3p panniers and fitting kit at Loss this is a bad experiance as before I bought the everything for my 2016 ducati diavel

Bmw r1250r pannier fitments on exhaust side there is a hole that does not line up. Researched and its a well known issue so why dont they sort it! Sent them back.

Ordered side cases and thier 3P frame to attach to my motorcycle for a upcoming trip that starts in a few days. I received the cases, but was missing most of the Nuts and Bolts hardware for the 3P rack that attaches to the motorcycle and holds the cases on. After immediately contacting Shad, I got the runaround but Shad staff said they understood and would send me the right Nuts and Bolts hardware right away. A week later I got a FedEx envelope, opened it, only to see they sent me the wrong Hardware for a stupid top case that I never ordered or even talked about!
Now I am going to be stuck going on my motorcycle vacation strapping down an old duffel bag and tarp on to the back of my cycle! Very flustrating when you're spending $725 to get absolutely lousy customer service, with staff that said it wasn't the shipping Department's fault... when it absolutely was! Oh yeah and don't try calling them, no one will ever answer their phones and you can't leave a message! looking at Shad USA Past reviews it looks like that's been going on for years!
Shad motorcycle buyer beware!

Compré un baúl SHAD SH58X. En principio el producto estupendo y con muy buena pinta y calidad, como esperaba.

Aún no lo he usado en la moto, y tras enseñarlo y probarlo varias veces sin instalar en la moto ningún problema.
Lo instalo en la moto, y aún sin haber echo ni un solo Km con el. El Baúl ya no sube hasta su posición más amplia (ya que al ser expandible tiene tres posiciones).

Parece un defecto del producto, asique contacto con quien me lo vendió. Está tienda contacta con el fabricante de baúles de moto SHAD. Les piden un video demostrando el fallo, y se lo envío.
SHAD contesta que seguramente se debe a qué realizó mal expansión (cuando siempre la hago tal y como ellos dicen en sus video oficiales, que también me adjuntaron porsiacaso)

Les envío dos vídeos demostrando qué realizó el proceso correctamente. (Todo esto con la maleta aún sin usar ni un km)

Su respuesta literal: Cuando las maletas dejan de expandir correctamente se debe a un uso inadecuado (se fuerza la expansión de la manera incorrecta y la maleta se descuadra) y no a un problema de fabricación. Piense que se envían expandidas justamente para comprobar que el funcionamiento es óptimo.
Adjunto vídeo donde se ve cómo ayudar a la maleta a llegar a la posición correcta para expandir.

En definitiva. No quieren subirlo porque dicen que es un defecto producido por un mal uso, no un defecto de fabricación. Eso sin tocar ni ver el baúl SHAD en vivo. Solo por video.

Tiene 3 años de garantía por ley, y durante los dos primeros tiene que demostrar el fabricante, en este caso SHAD, que no es un defecto de fabricación. Cosa que no han echo.
Repito que está sin usar, y siempre se ha tratado tal y como indican en sus vídeos y manuales oficiales.

Es una pena. Tenía buena opinión de SHAD, y no dudo de qué hagan baúles y maletas de calidad (excepto los expandibles parece). Y siempre prefiero gastar mi dinero en marcas y vendedores Nacionales o locales.
Pero con este terrible servicio post-venta, ni compraré, ni recomendaré jamás su compra. Y en particular de la familia expandible la desaconsejo totalmente en base a mi experiencia.

With the sh33 I’ve been stolen of my helmet twice in a month, same thing for a friend of mine, apparently all without forcing. Now I know people consider it’s not secure to leave their helmets in the trunk but I don’t think producing a not so easy to hack lock is too much to ask. What you people are doing all day long at shad?

Compré un soporte y baúl para una moto CB125R neo café 2018, pero el soporte recibido no era compatible (02-enero-24)... Estuve intercambiando muchos correos con Shad y con el distribuidor Motocard y después de más 2 meses Shad-Garantias aceptó que el soporte estaba defectuoso y me enviaron otro soporte, el cual al instalarlo hoy 04-abril-24, pues tiene el mismo defecto y no es compatible. Estoy realmente decepcionado de esta marca...

Tuve que instalar el soporte GIVI SR1169 y todo perfecto pude montar mi baúl GIVI. Por favor revisar con la gente de prototipo este caso, porque estuve 3 meses y medio estresado y buscando respuestas. Deberían de haberme enviado a algún taller en Catalunya para que me ayudasen, no dejarme tirado con ese problema.

Poor quality products and non existent customer service!

I purchased a SHAD frame and top box. The box seems ok but the frame quality is shocking! Nothing lines up and my grab rail has now been damaged because of this.

Instructions were followed precisely and the frame fitment was attempted by a qualified mechanic!

Contacted SHAD and their response was basically “it’s not our problem”.

Avoid at all costs, GIVI are much better!

I bought a top case from an official reseller. The top case was faulty and despite having been fitted by a competent mechanic it detached from my running motorbike at the first pothole exposing me and/or other motorbikes to a huge risk of accident. The shad company denied me any type of assistance and/or support. Unreliable company, I strongly advise against purchasing their products. Do not trust this company

Bought a top box and fitting kit for my Piaggio MP3. Ordered one day, turned up about 11am the next day. No drama, no damaged boxes. The top box fitting kit fitted very easily - just follow the instructions. Ditto the topbox. Some plastic grips on the metal side bars would have been a nice extra. The top box itself looks good. All in all, a pretty good experience. And much cheaper than Piaggio's own boxes.

Ordered pannier inners two weeks ago. Site was not displaying any issue with stock levels.
Phoned up and spoke to someone today and literally no _ _ _ _ s given. No explanation, zero consideration for customer service.
Just "yeah should be with you in two weeks". I ordered these 5 weeks before going away, now potentially going to be squeaky bum time as to whether or not they arrive in time.
Will never buy directly from Shad.co.uk again, definitely will go through a retailer that has some knowledge of customer service.

ordered a over 200 pounds worth of gear and had a fault. no communication. no help. for 3 weeks.
