It took about 27 days from placing the order online to the umbrella arriving at my rural NSW address, and I did have to follow up with both Shade Australia and the freight carrier to track its progress. That said, the umbrella itself is absolutely worth itâtop quality materials, sturdy build, and exactly as described. Itâs far superior to typical patio umbrellas from hardware stores. This is my second purchase over the past three years, and Iâm really glad to see the product quality has remained consistent. The only area for improvement would be the logistics, as I experienced similar delays the first time as well
