In regard to your shipping, most of our order postage costs are pretty spot-on if not underquoted as we use a detailed freight calculator to estimate shipping. In your case however, there was a difference between what you were charged and the actual cost. This is probably because you purchased a lighter item whereas our formula is geared toward 50+kg shipments. This is something for us to look into so we appreciate your feedback in bringing it to our attention! As a show of good will, we have refunded you $80.70 of your shipping, leaving you with a shipping cost of $35. Great company. Always extremely helpful when you ring for advice. Have just bought my second umbrella from them. Unfortunately I did not take the harsh Queensland weather into consideration when I bought my first - was trying to save $$$. Always a mistake.
