Shades Dancewear is an inclusive dancewear brand that encourages all dancers to embrace their ethnicity and retain their identity from the minute they step into their first dance class. We are proud to be the only UK dancewear brand to provide four shades of skin tone across our entire dancewear collection, and the first in the world to offer dance support belts in four different skin tone shades. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are available in bot children’s and adult sizes. Wearing Shades Dancewear will revolutionize the way the global majority of dancers view themselves in a space that has yet to fully acknowledge inclusivity. In a space where the market is saturated with dancewear brands that cater for only the few, Shades Dancewear is for the many. While our dance community continues to lack diverse dancewear, Shades Dancewear bridges the gap and caters for Global Majority dancers and performers of all skin tones. We want every Black and Brown dancer to embrace their skin tone by wearing dancewear that truly matches their skin. Our four shades are Bojangles, Raven, Uday and Pearl, and we hope to add to our collection and expand our range in the future. We currently stock our unique Colour Match Swatch, Ballet Socks, Convertible Tights, Ballet Shoes, Jazz Shoes and Dance Support Belts. Shades Dancewear is the only brand to offer a unique Colour Match Swatch that can be ordered via our website and allows you to match your skin tone ahead of ordering any of our products.
