Fantastic Course, with great direction and knowledge!

I have been studying the different property strategies for months and had more information than I knew what to do with. I could move forward because I didn't know how to put the information into practice.

The course gave clear direction and new perspective on deal sourcing, rent to rent, lease option agreements and more!

The thing to take away is that I now have some perspective on and direction and I am ready take action thanks to Shane & Carl. This was not a free course but was worth every penny.

Would definitely recommend!

Cancelled course a few hours before the start. Was asked to confirm my presence 2 days before the course just to be cancelled on the day.
Waste of money on trains, waste of time.
No apologies asked, no reply to my emails, nothing.

Cancelled my course this weekend (start your property sourcing business this weekend) with only 3 hours notice after train tickets had been purchase and was already on my way to London. No apology given and no reply to any emails. Very unhappy with Shane Academy.

I've been trying to get involved in to property investment for few months now and to be hones it was quite overwhelming about all the thing that I needed to learn, fortunately I came across Shane academy and after assisting their masterclass, now I feel confident on taking it to the next level

A valuable playbook to generating wealth and living life on your own terms. Dealt with strategies to generate capital and to make money work for you through property. This content should be taught from as early as 14 years old; so the younger generation can know the state of play of society from as early as possible.

I have been on a few property training courses and this is far the best. Shane Academy is not pushy, they are people focused. They break it down so you understand why you say/do certain things and the outcome. Everything Shane delivers is based on facts.
If my first training was with Shane's Acamedy, I know I would be further in the property game, than I am today.

Now it is down to me to deliver, with the support of Shane Academy. Generally glad to be part of the Shane Academy family.

For someone who knew very little about property, Shane taught the course in an intuitive and practical manner so everyone could understand regardless of whether you were experienced in the industry or not. You learn everything from the 10 step sourcing process including how to find and speak to buyers/sellers, due diligence and how to structure the deal. Would 100% recommend Shane Academy to anybody if you’re interested in property investing or property sourcing!!

I went to Shane academy in June and i found it really enlightening, Shane really made me understand how the world of Deal sourcing works as well as Buy to lets. Attended a Sourcing Course for the weekend. well worth the money. Also other great information on other investment strategies in regards to real estate. I have now set up my own Sourcing Company with my business partner. Great stuff from Shanes academy.

This is really great course for anyone looking to learn more about Property Investing and Property Sourcing. There is a ton of information covered over the 2-Day Masterclass! The first day is learning about Property Investing and then the second day is all about Property Sourcing. It was a really in-depth course and I learned a lot of new and invaluable information to be able to go off and be confident in my own ability to be able find buyers and source deals. There also offer on-going lifetime support and all the scripts, solictors and everything you'll need which I have not seen been offerered anywhere else! So I look forward to working with them long-term. Also, all the scripts and information are sent to you after the 2 days, so you're able to go back and fully digest all the information provided. Would highly recommend this course!!!

Hey my name is Memphis, I went to there masterclass and have never looked at property the same they really know their stuff. And no one else is doing lifetime mentorship for there price. If you don’t take this opportunity then progressing in life to financial freedom will be very difficult.

Reccommend Shane Academy as shane gives you very good honest insight about how ro property invest and successfully source properties. Shane and his team are very supportive and they will help you every step of the way in comparision to other organisations which is very refreshing

I stumbled on Shane Academy by chance via EventBrite and went to Shane's intro course before completing a 2 day work shop on property investment and property sourcing.

Why I opted for Shane Academy:
I had recently gone through property transaction up until exchange having to pull out due to issues with freeholder. I wanted to understand how to do better due diligence and navigate the property transaction process better. The intro session covered some of this and Shane piqued my curiosity into sourcing.

Is the academy worth paying for?
I initially bulked at the cost (there's ability to get a discount if you pay upfront). I felt it was value for money. Not only did we get access to Shane and his brilliant team for 2 days, there was an opportunity to network with like minded individuals

What did I learn?
On the first day we learnt about property investing (everything from perceived market value of a property to negotiating discounts). On the second day we learnt how to negotiate as a sources with vendors and the entire sourcing transaction chain.

Is it just another seminar course?
No, as Shane ensures there are plenty of interactive group activities so you quickly utilise the knowledge provided to you

Summary:
There's alot to learn from the 2 days, regardless if you want a residential/buy-to let or want to source properties. The skills learned are transferrable and can be applied to other use cases. For example learning how to negotiate discounts when purchasing a car.
