Wow what a dreadful site, all is take on this site, if you don't get AI a bot or paid worker your lucky, this site is not for dating, its for control and making the owners money, the punters they clearly do not care about or show respect to.

I ordered the sleeping supplement weeks ago. Two weeks later, I got an email that they were out of supply. I called the company and got the run around. They are out of supply, delayed in shipping, they don’t return phone callsblah blah blah. I am utterly disgusted with their customer service.

Very good !! But very shame is not delivering in another country just in uk 🥹

I have been using these products for a few months, excellent.

The shampoo doesn’t agree with my sculp, making it flaky , which I don’t usually get with natural products . I’m trying to cancel my subscription but the codes I get to login with don’t work. I tried to contact customer service to ask for help add can’t decide if customer service is run by AI or people with very low literaracy in English. I also started to think the adverts on Instagram with Gwyneth Paltrow are fake. I do not recommend.

I’ve been using Shanti’s shampoo and conditioner for a year now and I highly recommend them, they are excellent products. However, the administration of the subscription option really lets the brand down. There is no way of changing the date of the order (e.g. to add to it, delay it or bring it forward), so you have to email customer services who don’t always reply straight away, which causes issues. Customer Services told me six months ago that they had asked IT to look into this and gave me a discount code to use in the meantime. Since then, nothing has changed and I was told to keep using the discount code. This would have been fine but the code no longer worked and there was a lot of back and forth to sort it out. This is all unnecessarily onerus and unsustainable going forward, however, customer services now seem to be just ignoring the issue. I’m losing faith and I’m wondering if the owners of the business are aware of what’s being done in their name? I’d really appreciate someone responding to my latest email sent on 28/5/25. UPDATE: The owner, Kiran, has now been in touch with me and sorted out the discount code but the subscription IT issue is still WIP. I really hope it can be sorted out as I'm willing Shanti to succeed.

Started taking Shanti Ayurverdic Hair, skin & mind capsules. Had a rash on my leg, literally after the first 2 capsules my skin is less angry, which is brilliant, but i feel vacant. Couldn't even remember how to turn the microwave onto a 40 second setting. Had headache last night hours after my second 2 capsules dose. Looking up the 3 ingredients, Ashwaganda (ok), but Bhringraj and Amia are not for oral use?
I'm really confused by this. The more I search, it's NOT for oral use??
Can anyone advise.

The wigs are terrible! They fall apart so quickly definitely not worth 10k. Save your money

I love this shampoo and conditioner, I’ve been using it for 6 months and the change in my hair is amazing.

I’m 56, I can honestly say that my hair is in the best condition it’s has been for years, it’s bouncy and soft. I’ve had the most compliments in the last few months, five star rating all round.

Perfect for thick hair and as normally have to wash my hair after two days, this time only have to wash hair every five days so thank you

The products are amazing. I have the hydrating bundle and after 3 uses my hair looks shinnier and I experience less hair breakage. Highly recommend

Although the shampoo and conditioner didn’t suit my hair after a couple of washes it felt dry and itchy, the customer service team were excellent. I returned everything and got a refund minus postage . Great service, sorry it wasn't suitable as I would liked to have continued shopping with them .

The best natural shampoo I have come across. My hair is nourished, hydrated and looks in great condition. I will definitely be purchasing again.

This is the first shampoo and conditioner that not left my hair feeling heavy and greasy. So lightweight leaves my hair so soft and tamed.
Will definitely continue to buy this product.

My hair was so soft after using the curly and Afro hair shampoo and conditioner, it’s still silky 3 days later so will definitely be purchasing again! Love how gorgeous the bottles look in my bathroom too.

I got the Volumising kit. Both shampoo and conditioner are nice. it left my hair shine and my blowout volume lasts longer than normal. I would recommend it for whom is looking for a voluminous styling

They were nice looking products but I have thick wavy hair and both the Afro and the hydrating bundle didn’t work on my hair, they dried out my hair and flattened it, and made my scalp itchy!
But couldn’t have a refund as you can only have a refund for an unopened item….which is cheeky and silly for the amount that they cost.

I like the ethics about this shampoo. I’m using the hydrating.After only two wash’s I’ve noticed my hair is softer and looks better. I will definitely stay with Shanti.. 😊😊

I’ve used Aveda for years but it was getting really pricey. I saw this on instagram and thought I’d give it a go. Just received my second set - I’m using the hydrating one - it’s brilliant. I will be keeping with it now!
