Absolutely terrible, sizes are not correct at all !!!! Do not buy from this company, more trouble than it’s worth !!!!!

When I placed my order, I tried to cancel within the hour. But it took them 96 hours to email me back to which I was then told it had already been processed. They refused to cancel my order and refund me my money. Instead offering me a gesture of goodwill of £6.
To return my package when it arrives I have to pay the fees which are more than the products themselves (over £20)
When my packaged arrived it was smaller than the size ordered and it was also plucked, so the quality of the bras are not very good. The whole website is a sham and I do NOT recommend anybody buying through these!

Very poor quality, to return you have to pay the cost to China even though there is a UK return address on your packaging. Total scam do NOT waste your money

Poor quality product straps offer no support.
Returns must be sent back to China, recorded delivery at your cost!
And it took 4 emails of them asking for photos and videos etc to even give me a return address

I ordered the Deep V Bodysuit. Came very small. When looking more.in depth on theory returns policy it says customer must pay shipping costs and also they don't give refund for item not fitting or you changing your mind. Only replacement item or store credit. Wish I read the small print before ordering from them. I'm done with these websites now. Back to reputable companies which have a UK base and can return/refund easily

Very poor quality. No elasticated support. Made cheap, not as advertised on their video. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered but lesson learnt. Too many companies from China seem to be doing this to people. Twice it’s happened to me recently, before that never. The ads look so genuine! Will only order from companies I now know are in the uk

SCAM company. Never received order, took my money and ordered back in August!!!!!!!!!! AVOID. Have reported to trading standards

I ordered this bra on the buy one get 2 free took ages to arrive finally came was so dissapointed ordered my size which is a 36f the bras were nowhere near that looked more like C cups lovely bras but just totally wrongvsize emailed loads of times no response to try and return for refund and nothing went on to the so called site and it'd vanished so I've paid £23 for nothing wish I'd never ordered them total scam don't bother "shapechic" are not real apparently well and truely duped 🤬

I made my order to the value of £22.99 I then see my address is wrong so imediately email them to change this but had no reply again I emailed them no reply.they only have a contact number for China and this is even hard to find, I have contacted my bank who say raise a dispute and wait 15 days then you will get your money back. Hope this helps

Omg so shocked by these reviews have just ordered some and have had a message from my bank to contact them

Rubbish low quality bras. Ordered 3 sent 2 different sizes but none of which fit according to the size chart which now seems to have disappeared from their website. Will cost as much to send back as the refund so no doubt won’t return. AVOID this company. Was so looking forward to finally getting comfortable fitting bras very disappointed

This is a complete scam. Shapechic UK? The goods come from China and are rubbish quality. Do not waste your money. I ordered medium and was sent large. Not fit for purpose, the worst most pointless bras I have ever bought

Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase...All reviews are 100% true. I had ordered buy one get two free bra's...only received the one, however wasn't suitable,finally got an address to return...CHINA..my postage was as dear as the bra, hence haven't returned the item. This company is NOT a UK company. Please AVOID...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Absolutely awful! Items aren’t even the same as advertised and is no way size correct! Please avoid this place!! Trying to charge me to cancel an order then when they turned up requested a refund and their address is in china! Would cost me £16 to send back so I’ll have to go through my bank to get a refund but most likely going to loose the money.

Received 3 bras. Far too small and costs more to return them than they cost. Total rip off!

I ordered 3 bras, buy 2 get one free. Sounds like a great offer until they arrived and don't fit. I ordered XL as their size guide said same as 38F. I can 100% tell you what I was sent is nothing of the sort. I've emailed to return but looking at previous reviews I'm skeptical that this will happen

Product wrong, you have to pay to return the item n has to recorded so u lose out even when u return it. Not worth the buy items sizes r wrong

I actually put bras in my cart then didn't bother completing the order and the following day received an email from the so called founder emma telling me if I had any questions just email her back and she'd be happy to help so I did. The return email address apparently does not exist. I'm so glad I didn't bother buying from them, if they can't even answer a question about sizes there's no way your gonna get a refund out of them.

Order the bras buy 2 get one free, was looking forward to receiving them as website was shapechic.uk well it too ages for them to arrive, tried them on the material irritates and the sizes are all weird mine were too tight, so contacted to return i was told I had to pay postage fair enough, then sent address it was China.... it was going to cost over £20 recorded as that's what they wanted you to send them back as it only cost over £20 so they have gone in the bin. Please stay away from this company. It's not in england
