My tutor Sharon was lovely helped me so much along my time at paragon with my apprenticeship and I achieved a distinction overall

I would like to thank Bethany B for helping and support me through my level 3. She took over at Christmas time and I was behind due to an operation and switching tutors 2 times. Without Bethany’s support and determination to get me finished, I wouldn’t have been able to complete this. I honestly can’t thank her enough.

Emily Aster has been a great tutor to me, providing fantastic support and always getting back to me quickly when I have voices any concerns.

She is patient, considerate and I’m content with her as my tutor.

For the past two years I have had Sharon G as my level 5 tutor. she has been so amazing being so patient understanding and all-round friendly. My experience of paragon has been nothing but positive and I couldn't have done it without Sharon believing me the whole way I can't thank her enough.

Bethany Botwright was an amazing tutor! she helped and supported me through the whole of my apprenticeship and made it known that it was a safe space to talk to her about anything. She guided me through everything and eventually after what felt like forever we got to EPA and i received a distinction!!!🌸

Chloe goes above and beyond for her students. Her passion to help them achieve shines through. She has a natural ability to make them focus and get the best outcome they can achieve. She makes the student feel comfortable and is very motivating which in tern helps them do the best they can do. Great work Chloe!

Thank you to Miranda for all of the help and support she gave our apprentices even when it was getting tough. We appreciate all of your help and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Safeena Altaf has been a wonderful tutor. She was always patient, kind, and supportive. She explained things clearly and always found different ways to help me understand when I found something difficult.

My tutor Amy Baines went above and beyond throughout my course when it came to helping and giving me lots of reassurance throughout.
On top of this she also assisted where she could with my functional skills which I completed alongside - although this wasn’t her department she helped out as much as she could which I am very grateful for. Thank you once again Amy!

I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor, Safeena was the best. Throughout my apprenticeship. From the very beginning, she believed in me, encouraged me, and supported me every step of the way.

Thanks to her dedication and support, I was able to achieve a Distinction, something I’m incredibly proud of. She always went above and beyond to help me succeed, and I truly couldn’t have done it without her.

She is an amazing tutor and an inspiration. I would highly recommend her to anyone starting their apprenticeship.

Mel was my Tutor, she was great from the start, making time to mark my work and helping me get through the modules. I found the workshops enjoyable and Sarah was brilliant at running them. I would say I would have like a bit more preparation for the EPA, maybe a mock EPA so I knew what to expect, as I did find the day quite hard. But over the year Mel and Sarah have been brilliant helping me through my level 3, thank you :)

I got through my apprenticeship despite flaking out of my Lvl 3 and moving down to 2. Shaping lives helped me with the transition and the trainers were available to help me at every turn.

I have to take a moment to commend Elana. She has been my workshop tutor and also secondary tutor throughout my apprenticeship and she has been absolutely amazing. Elana is caring, engaging, inspiring and just so much fun! I am so grateful to her for everything she has done and for all her enthusiasm, which is so infectious. Thank you, Elana, you are one of a kind!

So far a great experience. I have just changed tutors and my new tutor is amazing. She is very fast at replying, which is really helpful and she is great at explaining and breaking down questions for me. I feel like we have really productive 1:1s too. Thank you Jess M, you are fabulous:)

Jessica M has been my biggest supporter in completing this apprenticeship. She’s encourages to work to the best of my ability and is very motivating too. She always makes times for me and guides me through all areas.

Ruth D has been an absolutely amazing tutor throughout my apprenticeship. She has been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging every step of the way. She always took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me the confidence to keep going, even when I found parts of the course challenging.

I’ve been learning with shaping lives since October 2025, it’s now July 2026 and I can’t recommend them enough. I genuinely look forward to my workshops and reviews with my tutor. Elana Major who delivers our workshops is such a lovely, kind, knowledgeable teacher who makes every session fun and always puts a smile on my face. My personal tutor Sarah O’Dwyer is so supportive and helpful, her years of knowledge in the sector means I come away from every review with her buzzing with ideas to implement in my setting and feeling empowered. Already I’m thinking ahead of any more learning I can do with shaping lives because they are an incredible company to learn with, from engaging teachers, to easy to understand learning, to endless amounts of support, I am very happy.
