I am writing this review when I lost the money on this website, they chat support said for reseller account has to pay 50USD then one time charge 10USD. So I created account for my company and paid from my Indian bank account which am using for years.

Appalling fake company to steal data
Their script says license installed, you go in Plesk and says invalid license. You contact support and they say they need full root access to the server to "fix" the license? What a joke of a company. Your access to a server should be inexistent, your script needs to provide the minimum of connecting to your servers to pull the license and yet you fail to do that. Stir away and find a better alternative. Their support is appalling.

Bad experience with expired licenses…
Bad experience with expired licenses without any workout for a solution. I waited for many days with promises and excuses until I lost my patience. Now they even don't answer my support requests anymore. I also saw the commands they tried in my terminal session which gives me the feeling that there was somebody on duty with very poor knowledge.
Sorry guys but if you knew what you are selling, you could handle issues in minutes, which did not happened after days with the feeling that nobody did anything. My request for refunding was also ignored but let's se what will happen next days. I will update my continuing experience with this guys.

After months the first reaction from seller. I don't think I need to comment on this.
EDIT2:
You are selling services which are not fully functional. Nobody is paying for services with the hope of being refunded. My experience was more communication with your support without getting any final solution, rather than doing my work without any issues.
That makes the experience bad. It should be easy to understand. None of you offered a working solution. This is the main case. Not the payment or refund.

Service Beyond Perfection
I have been directing many of my customers and friends to sharedlicense.com for over 2 years, both on my own servers and also to sharedlicense.com, I have never had a single problem so far and they have not caused any problems, their employees work with utmost professionalism and no matter what, they help even in transactions that are not their responsibility. You can get service with blind trust.

Playing game with promotion
Playing game with promotion. They Send me email of Promoting the Free trial of cPanel . after i contact and provided them every proof.. But this Support team forcing me to order it .. That a complete Scam I want you to Don't Buy anything don't trust on other reviews because all things fake and promotion based
Please trustpilot team removed this website from here and I will inform cpanel to take action on it ! for Illegal license selling !

Initially great, then terrible. Plesk was working fine. Then they decided I was a scammer, refused to explain, blocked my IP, refused to answer my email, did not send renewal notice, Plesk monthly subscription expired, Plesk not working, website not working. Logged into sharedlicense with another email from another IP to ask the reason, same thing, blocked IP and email. (9/4/2024 update) They just sent me an email 'It is not possible to offer you because you are a fraud.
