I had a problem with finding the product download (pilot error on my part) ... They got back to me very quickly with all the pertinent information that I needed!

I had a problem with sharkpixel that I couldn't solve. I tried downloading ,but for some reason I was unable to. After trying a few times I sent sharkpixel an email explaining my problem. They responded the next day. To make a long story short, they were able to help me correct the problem and now I'm enjoying the product.

After registering for Brushes and AI presets, I had problems accessing the site. I wrote to Sharkpixel and described my problem to them. I received a response very quickly suggesting options I had to correct the problem. I found out that I had made a mistake. It was not an issue with their site! Nevertheless, their responsiveness was great!

Great products, great people to work with and great customer service.

Fast response with a solution.
My request for help was answered promptly with a solution and I can now use the package in Photoshop correctly.

I haven’r even begun the course, but had difficulty logging in. The support was amazing, fast, non-judgmental (the problem was caused by my mistyping), and personable. I was back up quickly and, as a result, I have a very positive, trusting attitude about this company and its support team.

Had a question about a photoshop fill layer. Emailed the question and had it answered within a few hours.

Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.

Kristina's tutorials on Photoshop are very well explained, which has encouraged me to improve my knowledge of the bewildering complexities in photo editing. Kristina's detailed use of the actions and overlays along with the brushed have made photo editing much easier.

I have really enjoyed the PS and LR bundle. The videos within that packet have been very helpful and are the best I’ve encountered. I look forward to further learning with the Complete Bundle. Kristina’s teaching style, and the organization of the information provided are amazing! Money well spent!

Quality tutorials with fast learning. I have greatly increased the efficiency of my workflow by following a single tutorial. I will buy more courses. I was able to correct some mistakes I was making and the quality of my work increased. Thanks a lot!

Their customer support team is exceptional. I was beyond lucky to have worked with an exemplary team member named Laura. I totally messed up and misunderstood my purchase. She helped and guided me throughout numerous emails. Laura went way beyond what I ever expected from a support team via emails.

Gave the effects actions, brush local adjustment presets, along with directions. Had to ask about directions, but that's because of unfamiliarity of brush and presets.

I found Shark Pixel through a facebook ad.

I've purchased loads of training and tools from ads over the last year or so.

My experience with Kristina's site has been incredible. Her courses are life changing for a begginer like me.

She has a way of breaking down the most confusing techniques, terms, and concepts in a way that I have been able to understand and learn.

Thanks to her, I've gone from rubbish to really happy with my images. Better than I expected.

There are a lot of "educators" in this space online at the moment. Kristina is, in my opinion, an ACTUAL educator. Not showing off and doing things quickly so I can't learn. But really teaching me how to do what I need to learn.

Also, teaching aside, the tools I bought from this site are some of the best, if not the best. I've spent more money than I care to admit on tools that are supposed to shorcut my adobe time. Most of them were crap. The tools from this site were amazing, useful, easy to use, and had a good effect on my images.
