We would like to clarify why your withdrawal request has been rejected, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Firstly, a minimum deposit of $10 is required before any withdrawal can be processed. At this time, no qualifying deposit has been made on your account.

Secondly, all bonus winnings are subject to a 30x wagering requirement. In your case, your bonus winnings of ~$11 require a total wagering amount of ~$330. However, your current wagering activity amounts to only $40, which does not meet this requirement.

Before forming any conclusions regarding this decision, we kindly ask that you review and understand the applicable rules. For your convenience, please see the relevant sections of our Terms and Conditions below:

6.5 Wagering Requirements and Eligible Games
Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms:

All bonus funds (including USD and any SHRL promotional credits, where applicable) must be wagered 30x before any withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering requirements may be completed only on qualifying games, as stated in the Promotion Terms.
Wagering on excluded games (including but not limited to table games such as Blackjack and Roulette, and live dealer games) will not count and may result in the Promotion being voided.

At least one successful deposit of USD $10 or more; and
A minimum of USD $20 in wagering on qualifying games associated with the Promotion; and
Full completion of any wagering requirement (unless the Promotion Terms state otherwise).

Please note that deposits made solely to facilitate a withdrawal (including those that are immediately reversed, charged back, or otherwise deemed suspicious) may be considered invalid.

Additionally, please note that all withdrawal requests are processed manually for security reasons, which may require additional review time.
