Sharp-aX’ latest release has really simplified and sped up our quote to order process. Before we could only order from a single quote, now after discussing this limitation with support we have been given the ability to select multiple quotes and consolidate it into a single order, a job that took about 10 minutes can now be achieved with a few clicks in a minute.

The Quote tracks the items that were ordered and those that were not, providing analysis of quote to sales by item and those lost sales opportunities.

As always, the more I use the system the more excited I am with what else it can do and how that helps me streamline and make the business more efficient.

The new Banking Module that links my Open Banking Accounts to Sharp-aX gives me instant access to my Account Balances, Transactions from within Sharp-aX.

Reconciliation has never been so simple, with the click of a button I am able to match my Bank Transactions to my Sharp-aX Transactions, this reduces the Reconciliation process saving me time to run the rest of my business.

If I have transactions in my bank that I have not entered in to Sharp-aX I can quickly add and allocate them from within the Open Banking Module.

This company always manages to sort my problems quickly & with a friendly manner.

We have worked with Sharp-aX and their team for over 15 years now. They are a friendly team to deal with and I always receive a speedy response to any query.

Their technical team is great and knows their software very well - rare in the IT industry nowadays.

Everyone at Sharp-aX are wonderful to deal with. We were assigned a fantastic Project Manager in Pete Hobbs who has assisted and implemented the system perfectly. It is bespoke and tailored to our company needs

As a longstanding user of Sharp-Ax, the team have always been extremely helpful and professional.

Each member of the team has helped me on too many occasions to count, either through the occasional software hiccup or hardware breakdown; often going above and beyond what is expected to put the problem right.

To mention a few people who have provided exceptional service recently:

- Connor: Has helped me talk/work through queries and we have a laugh while doing it
- Chris's (Hearn and Atkinson): Both providing quick resolutions to Sharp-Ax and Web issues respectively
- And Roy: Who has such a adept understanding of windows and general hardware issues, he makes the complicated look simple.

6. Great support – Always on hand to help get the most out of the system

We were experiencing issues with reviewing our vat return before submission. Sharpax support were professional, courteous and fast in resolving the issues.

Good and very helpful training today because it covered all the areas I needed in a clear way. I got various fields updated and added to my favourite views so I can quickly see what I need in order to be more efficient.
