If i could give no stars it would be a more accurate review. The absolute WORST sweeps casino online. Here's why: i will start by saying after 4 months of requesting a redemption i am STILL waiting. I had a redemption in the amount of $2200 and getting them to agree to my redemption was like pulling teeth. Once they agreed, i have been getting only $200 increments every 2 to 3 weeks and have to jump through hoops just to get that. This alone qualifies them For a zero star rating. As a customer, i entered into a contract by purchasing a coin package. They are floundering on thier commitment and its only by me hounding them that i get anything at all. Second,and this is a doozie, they have their slots coded with many different variables, not just a random number generator as an "in the flesh" casino would use. They have their thumb pressing heavily on the scales and will stifle your ability to win if your bet is over the deemed threshold of what they consider to be acceptable. It is plain to see having spent so much time online playing sweeps slots. This is evil and immoral and should be illegal and the scum running this organization should be imprisioned or strung up in the streets for a lynching or humiliation ritual. But sweeps casinos fall under no governing body and no regulatory commission. With no accountability, these companies can run roughshod over their customers with no consequence. Third, their games are a bottom tier selection of low quality graphics and sound and are just a bit more exciting than playing with a stick. I play on over 60 different casino sites and this one is by far the worst. I won a little over 300 to get verified is a joke and confusing. I usually only do 10¢bets but decided to play a dollar bet since obviously I wont get money I won. I played over 100 dollars on one dollar and I counted how many times I won. It was 8 times. And would only win no more than 70¢. Absolutely a joke. U never hit scatters and u only win back less than your actual bet. I would advise no one to spend any money on this site or even waste the time on any bonus they have to lure you in. This site needs to be shut down

I won $400 on this site and tried to redeem it . I followed all directions to the letter and sent in the necessary documents for verification. They came back and said I needed to send in the documents requested. I have sent in the information 10 times now and get the same responses every time. It seems to me they don’t want anyone verified because that would mean they would have to pay what is owed. I would recommend playing somewhere else that actually wants your business and pays their debts. Dingdingding.Com did the same thing and they got shut down for it. Be reeeally careful when you send credit card information for the redemption verification it says in fine print to cover your ccv number when you send a picture they put the order of sending things so you catch these little details when it's to late I had a gut feeling something was wrong until I saw that and it was to late I ran to the atm and took everything out . Also your better off playing with no bonuses because for the 25sc I had to win 2500 lol ridiculous but I did win on a regular deposit

So far not good. They have held onto my $ deposited via crypto. The customer service refused to return the funds when I asked them. I was given a lot fluff but my money still is not in my players acct. This casino feels shady, the customer service reps are sub par. They like to make you wait for what seems like forever but its 7 mins go by with no repose from them. They refuse to refund your $ even tho it was my 1st deposit and they held onto it for over 2.5 hrs before I had time to ask where was my deposit at. The customer service chat option will shut down the moment you have too many questions or have an attitude of why they're stealing your money. Seems very odd that my chat window closes on me more than 3xs. Dont trust this casino. Its a scam im sure. 1 thing i do know. Its shady feeling and that's not where I want to put money in to play.

I actually have played with Shazam for about a year now. I have seen the issues with bonuses, & yes I lost winnings for betting over $10, Which it DID say in the Terms. So every bonus since I have carefully read, & provided you verify your identity they DO pay out. I am supposed to get faster 3-day withdrawls which Im currently in communicationwith them on, so for that I put 4 Starts instead of 5 Stars. But they DO PAY, & within 7 days via BTC/Crypto.

And I will say that they have been very professional & courteous in reimbursement of card/crypto deposit fee's. Whether with Free Chips or a set %, they've always gotten me. Just read the terms & different bonuses have different limits etc.

I have played 6 online casinos, & this is my favorite one. The games are better here than the only other casino I now play with, which has a MUCH higher weekly withdrawl limit. But aside from that & ONLY that, Shazam is the Shazzit!

Just don't play over $10 bets with bonuses, until you reach VIP. I now have higher limits & benefits, but had to play to get there. Once I get withdrawls in 3 days which I JUST recieved approval on I'll edit this to 5 Stars! Otherwise, Shazam is legit...and most importantly fair! No dishonest practice that I've seen in an entire year playing literally almost EVERY day.

Shazam Casino is a joke.
Recently I signed up using a referral code and due to the fact that me and the person who referred me live in the same household neither of us received the referral bonus.
When I reached out to customer service instead of actually providing support they instead never responded and proceeded to block all of my bonuses and deactivated all of my promotions.
Honestly laughable. Don’t waste your time or money.
I will be taking my services elsewhere and will be suggested others do the same from here forward.

Worst online casino in the history of Mankind. I have alotnof experience in these types of casinos and this is by far the worst experience yet…. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH SHAZAM CASINO

They have a bonus schemes that give you substantial bonusses. You then have to play a factor 10 in total wages until you can redeem the winning, also during the bonus limitations the limit to the wage you place either in the casino or the slots is set to $10. The slots aren't limited to this, you should remember this for yourself. So after you played for a couple of weeks, you should remember you're still on the bonus limit. There is no way for you to check this in the user interface. Then, when you have won a substantial amount and you want this redeemed, you go through an insane lengthy process that takes 2 weeks minimal you do a request. After 10 days they come back: "Please be kindly informed that your withdrawal request in amount of $1200 was rejected due to the fact that you placed $80 bets while playing with the bonus " and they void the winnings and bonus. All gone, I have never placed any $80 bets and ask for proof. They send you a spreadsheet that says, date, time, slot and the wage you supposedly set. I have not been able to find these bets, I confront them, they say well they're there. I feel lied to and cheated, quite angry about this experience.

So now my credit card has been used across the US(EU citizen), a 2500$ fraud case. As I have not used my CC anywhere else, I guess this is what you can expect when you make a deposit @ Shazam. Furthermore, they accidently marked some of my bets as 80$ so 950 returned to my account. Scheduled a redeem request, let's see what happens. Apparently there's a 1000$ payout limit, so 200$ released back in their pockets. Anyway, let's see if the 950 is returned to the rightful owner first. Still a really really bad experience.

Not only is this 'casino' a scam but I am certain the operators are also hackers. My email was hacked, filled with emails from this company...I tried to log into the site to cancel it, nothing registered with my name. The emails stopped after I changed my email password....

Just tried to close my account after one losing session. They would not without calling me and verifying my info. Told them they already had it and did not verify. They still would not close it because I would not verify. Yes, it's a SCAM! Upset at myself for falling for it.

It was only recently, because of an issue with the Magic Spins for logins, that I needed to get in touch with Shazam's customer service. These conversations made me realize how ignorant, impolite, and cynical these agents are. Despite the fact that I have receipts, I don't want to embarrass anyone by naming specific individuals and disclosing transcripts.
This was the malfunction. I had reached and played through the seventh bonus, but when I logged in the following day, it reverted back to the first one. I should have continued to receive the seventh bonus for at least two more days, as I had met all the qualifying requirements. Given the variations in the bonus, this is a significant issue. There is a difference in the payout for every winning spin, with 10 free spins as opposed to 50.
I sent an email to customer service to let them know what was wrong. I asked that they look into and fix the issue. An agent from Shazam replied the following day, "Just in case and attached the rules for a different bonus. I had zero confidence that this person would see to it that the problem was looked into. I open the chat window and start conversing with an agent who did not know how the bonus worked. The agent stated that the bonus should reset to the first bonus after the seventh one. I told him he was mistaken. He replied with, "I will take it into consideration. Anything else? When I asked to talk to a manager, he responded, "NO." It was only when I threatened to post our chat transcript online that he transferred me immediately. I was connected with an Account Manager and she reassures me that the issue will be reported to the tech department, she credits my account with a $150 free chip, which is equal to the seventh bonus that I should have received three times. She further advises reaching out via chat so that it can be manually added if this recurs before the problem has been fixed.
The problem hasn't been fixed, since the bonus reverted back to the first bonus the day after I eventually reached the seventh bonus again while playing slots on the Shazam website. I got in touch with customer support. That's what we talked about.
Me: The magic spins reset to Buffalo ways. I'm supposed to get the Trials of Anubis
Agent: As I see from my side, you have not deposited in the last 3 days as the terms of the Daily Spins were not met it reset to the initial day.
Me: Yes, I have. I made a deposit on the 19th. It's giving me bonus spins but not the correct one.
Agent: Please be kindly reminded that you can redeem our Daily Rewards if there is at least ONE deposit made within the last 72 hours. As your last transaction was processed more than 72 hours ago, you won't be able to redeem those Free Spins until a new deposit is made.
Me: So if I wasn't able to claim the bonus then it wouldn't even be giving me the spins. 3:00 p.m. eastern time on May 22nd makes 72 hours.
Agent: Please be advised that 3 days have successfully passed after your deposit on the 19th, therefore, the bonus reset to day 1 and you can start claiming from the day 1 Free Spins.
Me: Like I said my last deposit was on the 19th at 3:00 p.m. 72 hours will be at 3:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
Agent: Just a moment, please, I will check that for you. I'm trully sorry for the inconvenience, I'll add the bonus for you in a second.
I emailed the Account Manager and included the transcript of our conversation. Although the bonus can be added manually, I said in my email that it is unacceptable to go through the trouble of trying to persuade the agent who is looking at my account to add it manually.
She was quite condescending in her response.
"Upon review, I see that the agent has added the free spins for you. There's no need for concern as we have resolved the issue on our end. Once we have an update on the feature, you'll be informed. If there is anything else I can do for you, please, feel free to let me know!
Manually adding the bonus does not solve the problem! What about players who just assume that the bonus is correct when it reverts without reading the rules?
Is it not Shazam's responsibility to ensure that all games and bonuses are functioning correctly? Perhaps it is not a priority to fix because players tend to overlook it? Only time will tell.

Nothing but a scam. Got my free chip, played part of it 1 day and then the next I finished it by getting through my play through and getting to the $50 I was allowed to withdraw. Then was told can't get my funds because I used 2 free chips, which is impossible because you can't get a second bonus until all the money from the first bonus is gone. This site is a scam they give you a welcome bonus but you can win more than 50$ or they keep it plus minimum withdrawal is 100$ and you must deposit first. These people are thieves! Go to Acorn Casino for real hospitality this sites a farce.

Complete scam, as far as I can tell will only steal your money, have obscure rules about betting when you have received a bonus, and was told I have forfeited all my deposit (they are thieves) because I apparently did not read all of the page or more of small print prior to receiving a bonus. If I could give NEGATIVE 100 stars, I would. This site is, like most others (aside from their shills) have pointed out, a SCAM.

You CANNOT play MOST of the games on their site if you have an active bonus. I spent 30 minutes talking with "support" who claims that he doesn't have ANY INFORMATION in regards to which games can or can't be played. There's no way to sort/filter games by provider either. His solution to me in regards to figuring out which games could or couldn't be played? "click on each one and figure it out yourself." LMAO .... the only error you would get is a red box saying "something went wrong" and wouldn't load that particular game at all.

The impression that I got from this guy is that the information that is public...well, they're treating it as if it's top f'ing secret.

I did however find out that the $100 minimum withdrawal is true, and you have to deposit money to get money. I've seen this before, but in the late 90's/early 2000s, well before crypto was so mainstream. There's no reason a casino cannot process instant withdrawals in this day and age when a crypto withdrawal is requested. credit cards/bank wires? sure that's a good reason for the delay but not crypto.

and for the record, I was in mid bonus actually enjoying the few games I did get to work and had my balance up to $60 and cruising to complete the wagering requirements, but then thankfully this BS happened and saved me more elevated BP in the future once I was able to grind out the wagering requirements and ATTEMPT to cash out. I definitely will never use that site again, and they can go to h*ll for all I care. I wash my hands of them. I sure hope someone from their company reads this.
