Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Prompt service with skilled technicians.
Contacted me when repair was complete.
Repaired several pieces of equipment over the last couple of years extending their working life eg concrete mixer, hammer drill, pressure washer; unusual in the throw away society we now live in.

Wanted a track barrow,

Wanted a track barrow,
they didnt have one at my local branch.
They got one and delivered it the next morning.

Item ready for collection as arranged. Excellent instructions given along with useful tips for use. Return and payment straightforward. Will be happy to use their services again.

Check your invoice straight away

Would have received 5 stars but when the hire was over I filled the digger up with diesel as instructed in fact i put more in than what it came with when went to get my deposit back I was charged for fuel but you could not put anymore in gutted about that

Windermere branch, very reliable

The team from the Windermere branch are extremely helpful and friendly. They always deliver on time and consistently go out of their way to find the best solution for your needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plant or tool hire. Speak with them—they'll give you great advice and sort everything out for you. 👍
