Totally dishonest steer clear website looks great but no delivery and no response to emails or phone calls had to claim money back on credit card which I luckily had used

SCAM COMPANY. KEPT MY MONEY NO REFUND NO SHED. NO REPLYS TO EMAILS NO ANSWER ON MOBILE NUMBER.

The company is a scam, obviously a fraud company. Goods never supplied, money not refunded.
Delivery company give details which are untrue, neither company answers their phones.Must be investigated for fraudulent trading.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Website has now disappeared online

Purchased a small Keter 6x4 shed and wanted to amend the order, but after many left messages as no one answers the phone and many sent emails, still no reply!
I have since emailed them to cancel my order, but still no response! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AS ITS PROBABLY A SCAM!

Be very cautious trying to buy from this site.
I was looking for a Keter storage box which on here was £100 free delivery. Everywhere else £350 +

If it looks too good, it probably is. Too many very good scam sites about.
When a companies address is London, I always 2nd guess it.

Things started ok as website is very professional looking with everything you would expect for a legitimate business, I had a query with my order which was answered by email same day so I thought things were ok, however I now can't get hold of them by email or phone, I haven't received any tracking information and the order hasn't arrived, the partial refund I was also due to receive hasn't been paid either. I now strongly suspect this is either a fake business or a business in trouble, Companies House suggests the company is behind with accounts and pending strike off which is not a good sign - I would recommend people don't buy from this business

Wouldn’t order from Shedsyard. Can’t get hold of them! Don’t answer phones! Dont answer messages! Don’t answer emails! Tracking doesn’t work!
All I wanted was reassurance my order was on way. Sadly didn’t happen so bank are dealing with it.

I was a bit unsure about ordering a shed online because I wanted the size to be right, but the details on Sheds Yard were clear and easy to understand. The order process was simple, and the shed arrived as expected. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and the service.
