Had thousands in redeemable SC, then they just wouldn't pay me, weeks of emails and canned AI responses. Do not spend money here. They are most likely broke and hanging on.

I like you the general public to know that this casino platform will lie to you straight up lie to you to get you to do purchases to find out after you do your purchase but they told you is not true and then when you try to contact them and talk to them and say hey what's going on you told me this and now I'm finding out it's something else they won't respond to ignore you they don't care they got your money I'm not making this up I'm going to tell you right now I asked him about their live casino and blackjack which is by icon 21 they told me that prime blackjack with icon 21 and speed blackjack with icon 21 is only $1 to play so after doing a purchase I'm going to go play those blackjack games and I'm going to tell you right now they're not a dollar minimum a play they're minimum bet is $25 but they're going to tell you it's only a dollar to get you to do a purchase so you need to know upfront they they will lie to you no matter what to get you to do a purchase to find out now after your purchase you're not getting what you were told so I was told blackjack's only a dollar with icon 21 in those games get a purchase went to go play those blackjack games minimum is $25 and they won't respond to me or message me back why I was told it was a dollar to find out it was $25 minimum ..so obviously they don't care they got my money... The average rating is accurate. They have a very predatory 3x playthrough. I went from 150 SC to 0 SC in about 30 minutes of playing casually, including low volatility games. I've lost around 80 - 100 SC last time I played, and another 150 SC today.

I am absolutely done with this site. I decided to give Sheesh another chance, and it was a mistake I won't forget. Not being a "sore" loser. The 3X playthrough, and packages are designed for you to lose most of what you put in. I was at 98 SC, very close to the 100 needed to submit a withdrawal. I bought another pack, and then the "RNG" felt so dry. I played 20x 0.20 spins, and had 20 consecutive losing spins. If you use probability and statistics, the probability of that happening once...is a bit suspicious. I'm very confident that Sheesh is manipulating the odds.

Do yourself a favor, and choose a better SC site.

Fraudulent company who closed my account because I tried to withdraw. Stay far away from this site. I bought their promo packs and played through them, then when I went to withdraw, they took a month, then cancelled it and closed my account. Just an all around trash site.

The experience started off well, but it's really disappointing to wait over 22 days for a gift card, only to cancel and try to switch to a cash withdrawal and then be required to play through the balance all over again(6 times total). That's not a great way to treat customers, and honestly, it's not a good look. Ill change my review once they make it right.

I keep seeing all these bad reviews about them not paying out and all these other things that are wrong with this site and i never experienced any of that. Potential Fraud / Scam Please Read

I am attempting to make my first withdraw of $400 (below the cumulative threshold of $600 to require SSN) and I am having to jump through endless hoops that is extremely concerning. I went through the normal, typical KYC verification (ID + Proof of Address) and was verified. Now I have to provide my full SSN# for verification although I am under the website's $600 policy. The SSN auto verification system is denying my SSN# and customer service is now requesting me to upload a picture of my full SSN Card and a copy of W2. They are now, non responsive as I am trying to communicate with them to find an alternative way to verify my identify in order to get my withdraw as I am apphrensive in providing this sensitive information when it's not necessary for a $400 withdraw.

Requesting a picture of my SSN Card and W2 for a $400 withdrawl seems quite concerning to me. Please beware of this site. If customer service continues to ghost me, I will be submitting BBB complaints on this site and contacting my bank for fraud .

I really like the site, and I was bummed out with the original payment system. I could never get it to function properly. So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it had changed when I logged in earlier. The sites game selections great,and the bonuses are generous. Live chat, a phone number, or a human replying to the email would be great but I guess I'll wait till whoever's in charge of customer service notices the AI bot sent a request for Live support.

Firstly, I know An AI response system is in place to handle customer support emails, so I would like this email to be forwarded to a Human Customer support agentI had attempted to redeem my winnings earlier and I've encountered some issues. While attempting to request a gift card I encountered an error when prizeout was processing my paymen reques and received a error message from prizeout telling me to try again. So I did, which resulted in a duplicate request and $200 deducted from my balance. I have two redemption request confirmation emails from prize out informing me that they had submitted requests and are waiting for sheesh casinos approval. I canceled the only pending request that was visible on sheeshcasino.com. it returned $100 to my balance but I'm still -$100 leaving my balance at $500 instead of $600. Now I'm unable to submit redemption requests.I have the request ID #'S for the gift card redemption requests. I'm also going to attach screenshots of my balance prior to my attempt to redeem my winnings as well as the emails I received from prizeout. Please respond ASAP please. Thank you.

Please stay away from this site! Between 3/2 and today I won $1200 my first two redemptions were approved even though they tried to stall by asking for a selfie with my holding my debit cards, but now I have $850 more of redemptions pending and now they’re asking for crazy crap like wanting me to take a selfie in front of my home holding a newspaper( like wtf). I contacted support and the AI agent responded saying that they don’t require those steps for additional verification yet both emails came from sheesh. Has anyone ever had experience with this same situation? If they keep stalling I’m going to dispute with my bank.
Update- I was able to get my redemptions!

I've had a pending redemption of 900+ dollars since 2/3/2026. Support is just an AI message and doesn't exist. I've contacted them numerous times by email. I've tried contacting them on facebook and instagram with no response. This is a scam company. If you purchased from this site, immediately chargeback and dispute. I suggest everyone to stay away from this casino.

This place triples your playthrough on regular deposits. Deposit 5 and you have to playthough 15. No other casino does this on standard priced packages. I played well over 1000 sc and yet it says i have to play through 30 sc more. All i did was deposit 10 dollars. So how is it playing over 1000 sc that my unplayed balance is/was 15 sc which when depositing 5 more it doubled to 30. This place is full of cheapness and greed at every corner. I played normally without issues until I tried to redeem my money. They cancelled my redemption, made something up about violating Terms and Conditions, and banned my account, stealing the money I used to purchase there.

I really like the site its fast and responsive but I redeemed a awesome win I had on 2/8/26 and still haven't received it just pending im a verified player through them if my redeem would go through i would give them another shot and see if second redeem is faster just get AI responses when I email but its been like 8 days not including weekends usually dont have issues redeeming anywhere I hope they get it done soon!

Redeemable balance goes down when you lose, changed their playthrough to 3x, and they ask for social security card if you happen to win (that is if they don't ban you for simply winning), stay away from this casino at all costs!!!
