We have been very pleased with the excellent service received from Sheffield Mobility.
Kirsty in the office made prompt appointments for 2 recent repairs (to different sides of a rise and recline electric sofa) and Steve did on site repairs very quickly, with excellent product knowledge and skill and a very friendly, helpful, supportive manner. We would certainly use tham again ourselves and we recommend them unreservedly.

i was very happy with Scott, his knowledge of the scooters he demonstrated was very good and his advice was even better. My mother was very with her purchase and the very customer friendly approach.

My recent dealings with Sheffield Mobility and their representative Scott Redfearn have been very much appreciated. They went “the extra mile” to arrange for my purchase of my Kymco scooter and I am complete satisfied.

I’ve been trying to find a good company for a mobility scooter Kirsty has been very efficient and sorted me out for a scooter for my big frame and I’m excited to getting my mobility scooter after last year I bought a brand new 850 rascal from professional mobility shop at crystal peaks it worked for 2 and a half months out of 12 months broke down and was not repaired for 3 and half months worked for 3 weeks then broke down again was repaired by parkgate mobility worked for 2weeks then professional mobility closed down so i hillsborough mobility mended it and got it working but I’ve got a beautiful mobility scooter from hillsborough mobility and I’m 100 per cent satisfied with service and after service I will always recommend hillsboroughmobity

Scott brought a selection of scooters to my home to test drive. Having selected the one I wished to buy, Scott explained everything I needed to know to drive safely and legally. He also arranged insurance for me. Scott is a very professional sales person, warm and friendly. At no time did he try to pressure me into a sale. I have used Sheffield Mobility previously for repairs to two scooters I previously owned and I can categorically say I will not use any other company.

Steve (the engineer) was wonderful. He not only serviced my scooter but gave me several tips about useage to prevent breakdown and to prolong it's life.
I had a few questions and he patiently answered them all.
This company lived up it's reputation as being one of the best in Sheffield.

The difference is: care, attention to detail, listens to what the customer needs. Support is great. Anywhere can sell a product but do they care as much as this family run business. Thank you very much.

What a lovely experience we had at Sheffield Mobility this morning. Thanks to Jason for his patience and understanding. We emerged with a pre used folding mobility scooter , taken in (mostly!) how to use it , fold it and store it !!
Very sound advice given regarding what my husband may require, giving us various options for the best choice for his use.
After choosing the best option Jason helped us to load the scooter into our car( not before ensuring we could manage the process ourselves!) and we came home,unloaded , had a "play" and stowed the scooter away safely.
We couldn’t have had better service from beginning to end , thanks Jason. Thanks also to Jamie for added info as necessary. We cannot recommend Sheffield mobility highly enough.

I bought a second hand scooter off gumtree ask these guys for a service all done from van plenty of advice and told me over the phone how to fix it myself instead of charging me a call out fee brilliant service i am upgrading soon with them cheers team

Recommended by AIC Chesterfield and my husband's aunt, though closer places were available to me, I decided to pay Sheffield Mobility a visit on Monday 27th March 2023.

I had spoken to Jamie and Jason before on the phone and had had email communications regarding a fairly specific type of scooter I was looking to buy - one that comes apart to go in the boot for days out and going away on short breaks.

Having told me of one that would suit my needs last week, one arrived in their shop as a part exchange. I couldn't believe my luck when Jason rung and told me.

From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for them. It had been serviced, I could try it out in the shop and sit and wait while they find a couple of mirrors to attach to help when reversing. My husband asked about charging the 2 batteries and we were told that a separate 'charging board' needed to be bought.

They ordered one, and a spare key for the scooter, as it only had the one, while we waited, sat on one of the many rise and recline chairs instore.

The items will be delivered to my address, and we paid and brought the scooter home once Jamie had shown my husband how to dismantle the scooter, watched while he reassembled it and helped him load it into our car boot.

Look no further for all your Mobility needs. From start to finish, the whole experience was a joy. We never felt pressured, were kept entertained by Jamie's stories of his upbringing in Norfolk and didn't really notice the passage of time.

I can now be more independent without worrying about the whereabouts of the NHS wheelchair I got fitted for last November, and not having to fret about my husband having to push me everywhere when we go out.

Thank you, Jamie and Jason, I'm sure we'll be back in the not too distant future.
