Exact same experience as the other ladies. Instagram ads and website photos look great. The item received in the mail looks nothing like the advertised image and is incredibly low quality. The pants are see through and you can see the pocket inseam. The top looked nothing like the photo. Customer service kept pushing me to keep the item for a 5% discount and increasing increments of 5% and finally gave me the “return shipping to China is too expensive so you might as well keep the item and let us give you a 20% discount.” Garbage. Don't shop here.

I’m really bummed I didn’t see these reviews before I pitched from this company. The jacket I received looks nothing like the picture and is very poor quality.
I’ve been trying to contact their customer service to initiate a return and so far no one has responded.

Took a month to get my dress that I ordered and when I finally got it, it wasn't even what I ordered. I have tried to contact company for multiple days and no one will respond.

This is a scam. They say items can be returned to "Jiaxing Chinese warehouses. And we don't provide return label. The costs for return have to be borne by you. You may enquire with the Local Post Office or any available economical logistics companies. the process of return usually takes about 3-4 weeks upon receiving your parcel. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for return products. Based on our experience, the incurred costs including high tax fee may be a similar value or higher than your entire parcel value. This means that sending the item back to China may not be viable option for you. We truly recommend you to keep and we are willing to offer a refund of 20% of the product pice as a good gesture." LITERALLY EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID TO ME. I spent $250 that is down the drain. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

They sent items with no tags and they will not accept any returns. They’ve tried to get me to give to a friend or to accept a 30% coupon. Told me return shipping will cost me too much and is not free because I need to send back to China. They’ve asked for pictures and measurements to prove it doesn’t fit and that it’s our fault because their measurements are meant for Chinese women They’ve told me since we tried the items on they have touched a body and can’t be returned. They won’t even tell me where to mail the items too.

Ordered a dress for my daughter for her rehearsal dinner. I can’t speak to the quality because it never came! I was charged for it and got a receipt emailed to me but it was never shipped. Have tried 3 times to contact them. No response.

Awful. Ordered a silk dress advertised on Facebook. Description on order confirmation states polyester. Sizing too small and return policy is non-existent. Was asked to gift the dress to friends or family and was offered a 10% refund, increased to 20% when I refused. The company states because clothes are products that are in intimate contact with the body they do not offer exchange. Returns are at your cost to a workshop in China with international postage far outweighing any refund due. They rely on you giving up your right to return the item. I followed up and raised a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT make the same mistake I did and avoid this company at all cost.

Girls never ever order something from this website. I did order a fancy dress. It was looking amazing at the pic. But they sent me absolutely chicken costume. And i sent them the pic of what they sent and what did i order. Their solution was ‘we will give you 20% back you can keep the item. Like a joke. If i want to return i need to pay shipping which they said it can cost 10-40$ also they gonna charge me 10$ extra. STAY AWAY THAT WEBSITE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!! Terrible quality products and they make it impossible to return any items, even though it states how easy it is on their site!! this brand is a MASSIVE SCAM!! I would give them zero stars if I could!

Very poor quality of products! It’s not what you see in the pictures. It’s a cheap copy!

I couldn’t apply the discount (20%for buying 5 pieces) that was promised on the website and the costumer service didn’t help me with that.
Half of the things I bought I have to give it away. It’s not even worth to go through dealing for returns with this company.

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star. The product I ordered was such bad quality and them hem were not even hems. The sizes based off their sight puts me in a Med but on one dress there was no way it was a med possible a small or x-small. And the other dress the top was easily a large not a med. So, neither of them fit. I reached out to be able to return the product and, on the site, itself it says they do except returns and refund. That is 100% false, you are expected to return it on your own money, and they keep 10% of the refund so you wouldn't even get back the whole amount. Plus, the shipping is all on you. They will offer to 10% refund to start and go up to 30% but nothing more. Terrible company to shop from its false advertising of product and they do not follow through with their own policy's.

If you are in the United States, do not use this site. The PU skirt came and it was thin and cheaply cut and did not fit. If you need to return they offer you 20% to keep it. (which is 8 dollars of a 45$ item). You have to pay for return shipping to a cryptic, expensive corner of China AND they charge 10% return processing fee. So your money is toast given all that. Never again.

Ordered pants which took 2 months to arrive. They had stains, mould and even a dead bug in a web on the waistband. They had no drawstring like the photos but had two badly cut holes where one would have come out. Threads everywhere and fabric felt like cardboard. Do not shop here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The products are nothing like they are on the website, and they will refuse to let you return them. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS.

I paid extra for expedited shipping on two separate purchases and it’s been 14 days and still my purchase isn’t here. Attempting to communicate via messenger is ridiculous. I’ll never buy here again.

Do not buy from this company! Sizes are all wrong. Quality is extremely poor and they won’t take returns. They will offer you 20% the 30. I got to 100% by keeping pushing but they will not refund the postage. As a “good will” gesture I get to keep my faulty dress. Woohoo. They are robbing people. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!

SHUT THIS COMPANY Down!!! Total scam artists. Outfit was waaaaaay too small (I ordered a large which is a joke it was so tiny) and plus it’s SEE THROUGH! I asked for a refund and they said they’d only give back 30%?! What!?! Terrible customer service they are not a real company with real returns. They are liars.

I tried to return a dress that was too small and they asked me to send a picture of the barcode (even though I had the order number and all info required in my email) and they wanted me to use a tape measure to measure the dress. I don't think customers should be responsible for quality control. They indicated they would accept returns, but then they asked for this. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
