Excellent service from first phone call with everything explained the price quantity in the bags and how it would be delivered. I did explain my property was on a busy road with a school run around... ãã£ãšèŠã

Efficient friendly reception staff. Excellent delivery driver who found our sign marking where to lift our topsoil bag over our hedges. Also the driver came early to enable us to start work.

Great company to deal with even tho' order was small!
Ordererd exact number of biodegradeable turf pegs I needed (rather than a whole box of 500 or expensive packets of 10) at a great price. Delivery was very quick and items were perfectly packaged. Overall a great copmany to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The product arrived in poor condition
The product arrived in poor condition, covered in dust and with scratches on the Ego three-in-one leaf blower. It was not properly packaged upon delivery to the customer.

Thank you for your feedback. This has now been resolved.
Unfortunately the product was damaged in transit due to fault of the courier. As a gesture of goodwill we issued an refund for the inconvenience.
Great service
Great service - and threw in some extra turf because the rolls weren't perfect. The turf is now in (during a heatwave - my bad!) but after regular watering it looks the bomb.

Laying a new lawn.
Ordering was easy. Correspondence was very good . Delivery was very good . The top soil was excellent. The turfs were of good size , the calculation on the web site was very good. The one major complaint that I have to express was the infestation of leather jackets found in the turfs in the process of laying the turfs. Having to spend extra time searching and removing them.

Apologies for our tardy reply.
Thank you for your review, we do appreciate your feedback.
We are glad to hear that your overall experience with our website and ordering was easy and your delivery was very good.
We are sorry to hear you experienced a problem with leatherjackets in the turf and had to allow extra time to remove them. Due to the EU banning the use of the chemical used to treat leatherjackets it is now an environmental issue. A small area in our field was effected in May this year and unfortunately this impacted your order.
We hope this won't put you off ordering from us in the future.

Exceptional Service and Custom Seed Mix from Sherbourne Turf
I had a fantastic experience purchasing grass seed from Sherbourne Turf. I spoke with Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me get the perfect bespoke seed mix tailored to my specific needs.
The whole process was seamless â from my initial questions to receiving the custom seed mix, Dawn took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided any recommendations.
The delivery was fast, and the seeds arrived in great condition. The packaging was secure, and everything was well-organised.
I highly recommend this company.
