Ist new mattress in 25 years. It is heaven. Ordered one day arrived the next. The delivery man brought it in the house Unfortunately could not take the old one away.
Remade the bed myself and it’s delightful. Has made my sore back easier. Highly recommend. Thoughtful people. Worth a try you won’t regret.

This is our second Sherman mattress and purchased for a great price on sale. Tom from Sherman is very helpful and deliver guys great...we are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased a "Just Perfect" king size mattress on the 1st of January 2021 for $1249.
The first 6 months it was great, and then we slowly began to realize it was sinking. We cared for the mattress and turned it according to the care instructions provided. Unfortunately over time it has gotten worse to the point where we now have to discard the mattress. Both myself (62kgs) and my husband (75kgs) so no causation there. I've now started checking other reviews to see that other people who purchased around the same timeframe as us have had the exact same problems. Very disappointing to spend $1250 for a mattress to only last 2.5 years.

Best mattresses! Had a queen for 5years and its still feels as good a new. So I just got a single and its just a good, and great value for money. They are so much better then a rolled up matress in a box.

Easy return and exchange! Also provided the most friendly and professional delivery service. Highly recommend!

Your fantastic customer service, and the quality of your product.
Your delivery drivers are letting your product down. I’ve had two deliveries, the first one was like white glove delivery, the second one the drivers had no idea, bought the mattress in the house in a dirty plastic bag, then proceeded to drag it across my carpet. They didn’t even know how to get it of the carry bag supplied. But as I said product is excellent. The driver both had very bad body odour which stayed in the house after the left.

I purchased my Sherman in 2019 and really love it.
I now want to purchase for the whole family but unfortunately for us they now only deliver to the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Highly recommend them if you are in Melbourne!

The customer service upfront was impeccable, which I imagine is why they have so many positive reviews. They were lovely to deal with, delivery was easy, they took my old mattress. Nothing to complain about there.

Unfortunately the actual mattress is very poor quality. Do not waste your money and save yourself from the intense back pain.

At this price point I was really excited to have a decent mattress that would last a good few years. I purchased the 'firm but fair' about a year ago in a king size, it started sagging after a month or so but I assumed that was normal and was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. Now after a year it's causing severe back pain and the entire bed is lumpy. I've had to purchase a cooling mattress topper as the heat retention wakes you up at night.

I've emailed about the warranty and to see if they might be willing to refund me. Hopefully they will provide some sort of compensation.

I'm 30yo without health issues, weighing 65kg.

Great customer service as I was new to QLD and actually was sleeping on the carpet, Tom at customer care paid a nice attention to deliver my mattress just the next day. I was very surprised with the Sherman service.
About the mattress it’s JUST PERFECT type which I am happy with for now. I think it’s perfect for side sleepers, comfortable and soft top with good mattress height around 32cm fits my desire.
Also great price on July sale for this beautiful mattress. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought a Sherman mattress in 2020 and have already replaced it.
The mattress traps heat and is already lumpy and sagging.
Much of the support it initially provided has been lost.

For context, I'm single and weigh 80kg.

I have attempted to contact Sherman re: the warranty claim.
Sherman have not replied to three emails over a four-week period, answered phone calls nor responded to a Facebook message

Easy to order online. Fast delivery right to the door and delivered into the bedroom.

My partner and I found the Full Body Hug mattress (apparently the most popular variety) too firm for our liking. My guess is that it might have something to do with us both being lighter than the average Australian (we're both in the 60s kg range).
I contacted Sherman and requested a return and refund. It look nearly 3 weeks for the mattress to be picked up and another nearly 3 weeks for the refund to be processed, with some prompting required at both stages. At both stages, Sherman provided explanations for the delays, and I accept them. But my experience was not as seamless as I think most customers would expect.
