I’m writing this review in case someone is looking for employment at Sherwin-Williams. A few years back in 2009 and 2020 Sherwin-Williams nationwide canceled their contributions towards retirement. As they did reinstate it eventually, but in 2025 they did it again. It has been four months when no contribution from Sherwin-Williams, has been made nationwide again to any employees. Mind you this is billion dollar company in which my husband works. This is a terrible injustice to the hard-working employees across the nation for this company. So if you’re looking for a position with Sherwin, I would use caution because there has been no insight on when they will bring back their 401 contributions.

I had the pleasure of working with Hannah from the Monroe, NC team, and her support was nothing short of extraordinary. I was struggling with several technical and process-related issues, but Hannah stepped in with incredible patience and professionalism.
What sets Hannah apart is her due diligence. She didn't just fix the immediate problems; she audited the entire situation to ensure everything was handled correctly from that point forward. Her 'above and beyond' approach saved me a significant amount of time and stress. First point ,very difficult to leave a review for this product,I have been using for years ,I bought 3 gal last week it looked ok when put on but took forever to dry ie 24 hrs and tuned a semi shine glue like finish,what was not required.

I get my paint at Sherwin Paints on Nairn ave, Winnipeg. Laurel the assistant manager and Joe,
Are wonderful!!! They don’t rush you, they help you when you ask 😊this is my place to get my paint!! Highly recommend this place :)

I have used Tompsons paving seal for the last ten years with no problem but this time the product did not dry for 3 days and looks rubbish. Made contact by the no on the tin, was put through to Romania! I explained the problem and then the operator made out he couldn't hear me and cut me off. Called another number and spoke to KELLY who was full of B/S asking me to send photos and receipts. I did and have never heard from her again and has blocked e-mail. Very poor customer service and product. I will never use this product again and suggest you do the same.

...I ordered a large amount of paint from the Sherwin -Williams distributing center in Garland Texas , so that the professional painters I hired could paint the inside and outside of my house and not only was the paint I received worthless ,but was as though it was water based paint......JUST LIKE WATER!
....And the cans I received were rusted and coroded!
...SHERWIN WILLIAMS GARLAND TEXAS ..YOU ARE A DISGRACE!.......Sending me stale paint!

Hit a great sale. Saved quite a bit.

Descriptipn about the interview:
Teams interview, 30min (For the customer service specialist role, based in Chapeltown, UK...Unfortunately not a good experience. The manager was late for 5-10min. The interview started without her, only with a team leader. I was in the middle of my speech for a first question when the manager joined us. She distracted me, and I asked if I needed to start from the beginning, but she said no, just carry on. I stayed focused, not to panic after her such appearance.
They asked what I'm planning for my future and I told that I'm looking for a company to improve and develop my skills, that my future goal to become a team leader and grow with a company together.
They asked about my experience also. But the manager didn't have my resume with her. She wasn't prepared for the interview at all. She should have my resume and ask questions accordingly. But as she didn't, I had to really lead the interview while it's her job to do so. What kind of hiring manager doesn't have a resume of a candidate... After the interview, I sent a thank you email to the manager.
After a few days, I was rejected and reason " over prepared" OVER PREPARED!! How that even possible! As a professional, a good memory and attention to detail are very important, especially for a specialist role !
Also, the agent told me that my thank you email put the manager off. She didn't appreciate my email. I'm sorry, but that is a very unprofessional hiring manager! Thank you email is a sign of maturity, appreciation, and show of interest.
The hiring manager is very new to the business, and I know she is not professional enough to lead the interviews. I felt robbed without giving me a chance. Maybe she felt threatened by my future goals...
I'm very disappointed... As my values are alight with the company's values, I hoped to get a job at Sherwin Williams, I have a lot of experience required for this role and goals to grow together. It is sad that an unprofessional hiring manager caused me a job.

I purchased two gallons of paint from SW & had my bedroom & bath painted. If you simply bump into the walls, the paint comes off. For the price, this is insane. I have always gotten my paint from Home Depot & never had problem, but everyone raves about Sherwin so I thought I'd go that route. NEVER AGAIN. The paint behind my headboard has peeled off, paint near the light fixture in the bath is coming off and in two areas on the wall in my bedroom. I've got to have some it repainted!

I ordered white parking lot paint!
I got to my job and it's yellow paint!
I had to pay my help $40.00 for showing up and I had to go back to get the white paint. The employee sad sorry.

I just get continual spam messages from these clowns. I never signed up to their website. I unsubscribed and emailed them. But nothing was done.

Must be a great place to work, because employees are having a ball and not waiting on customers. 5 trips.. needed a houseful of paint and wallpaper finally gave up and went to a different location.

10 year roof seal pealed off in a year.Contacted the company and got the run-around. How much did you apply, was the roof clean,was the roof flat. Take photo's send us a sample and then nothing.
Don't buy it ! Go for Everbuild Black Jack that works.

I have to say I am so disappointed with Sherwin Williams paint. It's just not the same. I bought 5 gallons of paint. First, they didn't match my color sample, it was off (Home Depot has done it for me time and again) and the eggshell finish was FLAT! Second, the semi-gloss white for trim was just as flat, and chalky to the touch too. My contractor insisted I use Sherwin and I am so upset that I did.

I purchased paint from Sherwin Williams two weeks ago. I thought I needed one gallon of the primary color. The painter suggested two gallons. I purchased two gallons. Even though three coats of paint were applied, the second gallon of paint was not opened. The painter said "You can take this back and get store credit." I took it back and was told they don't do exchanges or refunds. I need paint for a different room but will get it from Lowe's since I have lost money with this company. The cashier pointed to the sticker on the paint as he said he doesn't accept returns. It would be great if they actually mentioned the policy before the purchase instead of just placing the sticker on the paint AFTER the purchase. For whatever reason, this painter sends his clients to this overpriced store. I already had paint from Walmart but he stated he wanted to use Sherwin Williams paint. Thankfully, Walmart did give a return for the mixed paint. Next time, the painter will use what I have.
