From exhausted to empowered

If you’re struggling with perimenopause, you need to work with Shera! She is an incredible cheerleader who meets you where you are.

I was suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, joint pain, and several other perimenopausal symptoms, but I wasn't ready to just accept them as a fact of getting older.

As a coach, Shera allowed me to move at my own pace and celebrated every win with me. She was accessible via chat for questions and helped me pivot my strategy whenever something wasn't working.

Now I feel confident in the tools she shared with me and the routines we developed to navigate this stage of life. If you are willing to do the work, Shera will be your biggest advocate!
