From the beginning to the end my experience with shield was comforting and supportive. Joseph was extremely helpful and listened to what I needed and him and Ryan came up with the best options for my business. He even called me at 1130 pm my time and I appreciate the attentiveness to my needs.

We just went through the funding process and our Broker, Alan Clark made it so easy! He answered all of our concerns, worries and got us approved on the same day even with technical difficulties on my end. We will definitely be coming back to Shield Funding and Alan for our future funding needs.

The team that worked with us (Isaac and Joseph) were really extraordinary. Not only did they listen but they went the extra mile to try to meet our expectations. It’s not always easy to choose from different agents when making such a big decision involving big bucks. What we especially liked about this team was their patience and perseverance with us, their ability to explain small details, and their willingness to even discuss their offer and compare it with another broker while we listened! Hats off to them winning our confidence.

A JOKE!! RUDE and AGGRESSIVE! Their representative contacted us and was very rude, used profanity with us and did not let us even respond. Just unprofessional.

The only positive is the speed of approval. However they used a company called Elixir Funding for my underwriting and loan. This was a HUGE mistake and feels like theft. I borrowed 30K with the intent to just pay it off within 30 days. When I called for the payoff balance after making payments ($3900 in 30 days), my new payoff balance at just 30 days was now 42K. I understand reasonable fees and interest but this was predatory rates which I should have read the fine print on. I would avoid using Shield Funding and their partner Elixir Funding at all cost if you can avoid it. This will be the most expensive money you will ever borrow!

The Shield Funding representative Jo was very helpful throughout the process of obtaining loan for my business. He was professional, responsive and took time to explain each step clearly.
I strongly recommend this company to small businesses owners.
