I'd leave a zero if I could. They're no good. Still feel the kicks and the ankle covers are not even at the ankles. Try to get the full refund after ordering... good luck. The most I got was 75% bc "cost of shipping and employees" but they think they cover the cost. Need flash, if you charge me 25%, I'm covering the cost, not you. This product is in the trash and I'm still out a guard and 25%

Placed an order on Facebook and thinking they were legit based on comments but come to find out they’re probably all made up by them! Placed an order for two pairs and never received my order. Do not order from this company unless you want to get scammed!

Shocking. Item never arrived. Customer serviced just fobbed me off with an ‘it’s in transit’ email. £30 out of pocket and missing a present for my daughter’s birthday. It isn’t clear on the website that delivery is from china but wish I’d read the reviews about the poor customer service

Both of my players love these shin guards, easy to wash after muddy game and they don’t even need to wear socks if they don’t want. Look professional too! Great product!

My 14yr old son likes them and has used them for the last 7 games. Everything was going good until they were washed with his uniform. Lol

My son enjoyed these shin guards and they fit well but only lasted 2 weeks. No response to contact form via website or messenger and blocked on Facebook when I left a comment asking to be contacted. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality product.

Order two more pairs for my kiddos. The love the ease of these and the comfort.

Purchased 2 pairs of the Shindefenders as Christmas presents for my kids. Recently washed one pair, as instructed on the product, in a cool wash, to find the product has disintegrated and does not serve purpose. Contacted the company in China, to be told it should be hand washed. Ok, this wasn’t mentioned on the care instructions. However I had purchased another pair in the mean time. Asked about returning or a refund only to be offered 30% refund. Save yourself time and effort and avoid these cheap Far Eastern rubbish.

I purchased ShinDefender shin guards for my 9 year old son. We loved the compression style and initially thought these were the best shin guards until after a few washes and 1 shin guard started to break up (these are supposed to be washable?). I have reached out through the website/and email but have not seen a reply. There is no customer service number? I want a refund or a replacement as I paid the always 50% off $35 and they did not last 1 soccer season. Looks like there are less expensive options available on Amazon and at least Amazon will support customer service.

Do not use this company. The products took over 4 weeks to arrive for starters and on their first wash, they have disintegrated in the machine and are now just a sock filled with loose bits of foam. They are not suitable as any form of protection. On complaining, the company have been awful (although polite, probably AI generated responses) at processing a refund. After offering part refunds, they have now taken over a month to 'process' my refund - apparently that's how long it takes to organise a return postage with their internal system. I cannot express enough that you should not use this company for both quality of product and customer service.

I have been trying to return my items - offered a 30% partial refund as a trade off for not returning items. Naturally I want a full refund for the items i don’t want and wish to return. Told it will take several months to process a return and refund and refuse to provide a UK address to return to. The service team are now not responding to me. Absolutely shocking! Avoid!

My kids is very happy with these shin guards. They fit well and are very comfortable.
