I highly recommend Geeta and Tim from Shine lawyers at Logan Central. They were amazing from the get go. They treated me with compassion while working tirelessly on my case. Just wanted to inform you that especially if you are share holders that Shine Law is abusing people with disabilities and when they make a complaint about discrimination violations abuses and discrimination violations by human rights violations they abuse and neglect people who are in danger of crime violations further violations abuses… especially when you make a complaint to the commonwealth government about there conduct … exploitation of people with disabilities… be aware when you are buying shares as you are just as bad as the people who abuse the vulnerable people do your research on the situation

Having Bailey Napier as my solicitor has made a hard process easier, as she was quite prompt, professional and provided a lot of communication throughout the process.
I would highly recommend anyone to seek legal advice and assistance from Bailey when needed.

Wow… two lawyers left the parramatta firm without no notification in why they left or no curtsy explanation to me when they left.. I have had my case with them now for three years and counting and with all the evidence that was presented to them, they have failed to close the case on a corrupt EML insurance company.. what a disgusting behaviour from whoever is running the parramatta firm.. not only did my lawyer left the firm he failed and his paralegal failed to even give me a email of my lawyer leaving… how can this happen.. I’m on a disability pension nearly lost my life on a construction site that left me with no job no wage lost my missus and children cause of my mental health.. and now I lost two lawyers with no explanation or phone call in why… I was told that a simple request to obtain a medical report from my GP was all that was needed.. this is a disgusting behaviour to treat their client that has been patient and respectful to them all..

If you aren’t dying on a hospital bed or your leg or arms isn’t chopped off in an accident then don’t use this firm.. cause with all my evidence that was presented to them these lawyers can’t close a case.. and they won’t respectfully let you know what is going on.. they will ask you to chase paperwork when they know clearly it’s their job to do so..

Very disappointed with shine lawyers parramatta Sydney.. do not bring your case to this firm..

Never, ever trust Shine Lawyers.
A family member was part of a class action ran by Shine and it was a complete waste of time, energy and a stressful emotional rollercoaster.
My family member hasn’t received a cent to help with the horrendous issues they have, which truly deserve compensation.
Meanwhile Shine got paid, but the victims did not. All Shine cares about is paying their lawyers up to $20k per day and dividends for their shareholders.
Whatever you do, do not trust a word that comes from their mouths.
