Would rate less than zero if available. Ordered 2 items. Nothing came. Tracking links lead to nowhere. Customer service is a Gmail address and makes no sense. Polite but no actual content, and repetitively asking for information in the email I’ve sent.
SCAM SCAM SCAM.
They owe me $50.

I ordered a t-shirt back in May of 2020. I have emailed several times about not having received my order to this day. With no explanation or response.

I purchased two Sister in Christ shirts.
One for me and my Sister. The hunter Green for me is a pretty dark green. The orange is nice also. The orange did change in color once the inscription was applied, you can barely tell. Already ordered another one for my husband

My shirt arrived about two weeks after ordering it. I was expecting it to take months as others do. The shirt was true to size and print was excellent. I would highly recommend it.

I ordered a shirt that costs $19.99 a month ago I still have not seen it so I went and put in my tracking number and supposing my tracking number does not exist so they need to reimburse me my money and if I was you I would not deal with these people they're scammers deceives the ratings they have or all the co-workers that work for them that gave them five stars and their family members. do not buy from them they are scammer's beware I have reported them to BBB and they said they've gotten complaints about them. Don't trust them. God bless the fool that messes with the almighty and his children. For there day will come to an end.

Bold colors, bold design, and perfectly printed on the shirt. Great customer service as far as informing you about the purchase, making, delivering, and receiving of your product(s). Highly recommend and the cost(s) are very competitive with other companies like this one. I will be shopping from ShineHouse again in the future.
