Your reusable mop pads are too smallâŠ
Your reusable mop pads are too small even if I try two they will not fit the regular size mop.
Iâm try to contact for past two day to return them and no one is responding. Good customer service promote more business and better understanding .

Last night Mr. Haider Ali offered to replace the mopMate with a drying towel . I accepted that because I had no choice and I wish they use better material for mopmate and the standard size mopMate. I have never seen seven inches mop also there should be better conversation with the customer to explain that we have two size mopMate and what material they use, terry cloth is not a good option. I always use old towel to make my mop covers. I hope in future they come up with something better for the floor.

I love my shiny wipes
I love my shiny wipes. They seem to work as described so far (I have only used it twice so far). The only complaint I have is the unfinished look of the piping around the cloth where it comes ends. The material has a frayed end instead it should have been tucked under prior to sewing the end.
