very very bad company and their deliver times is around 30 days and more so please don’t ship with this bullshit company , they finish your business like they do with me in last 2 months , also their employee is behave like they have our father . very very bullshit company
I had a parcel shipped from USA(New York) to Australia, it hasn't updated tracking for 5 days now.
The parcel appears to be stuck in transit.
I contacted courier about it and am now waiting for a reply.
Frustrating to say the least.
I thought I signed up for a shipping service, but Ship Global is running a 'Warehouse Storage Scheme'. Delhivery picks up the order and then treats it like a house guest for 5 days. If you want your orders to grow old in a Delhivery (their pickup partner)warehouse instead of reaching the customer, this is the perfect service for you
My parcel was picked up on time but delivered with delay of 1 day, overall I was satisfied with service and customer support

I had one of the worst experiences with Shipglobal.
My parcel to the USA was returned to India almost 3 months ago, and till today, I haven’t received any proper update. Despite sending multiple emails, I got no response, no calls, and no resolution from their team.
Their advertisements and website claim reliable service, but the reality is completely opposite. The support team is unresponsive, careless, and unprofessional. Once the shipment is done, they stop caring about the customer.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Shipglobal, especially if you expect any after-shipment support.
