UNE ARNAQUE. J’ai immédiatement annulé l’abonnement quand je m’en suis rendu compte, mais ils avaient déjà retiré 27 $ de mon compte 1 fois et la deuxième, j'ai arrêté la transaction.

This company tricked me. I know this doesn’t make me seem intelligent, but that’s fine. I’m being honest. Which is more than I can say for company. The service may actually be provided and worthwhile if you intended to sign up for it and use it. But I thought I was getting a cash back rebate from one company, and instead was charged a fee by this company. I never intended to sign up for this. It has been extremely hard to cancel. I never wanted this. I do not want this. I’ve cancelled and blocked them to no effect. I’ve now cancelled that card completely. Hopefully I am finally done with this.

This business uses highly deceptive practices and operates like a scam. Their offers are sneakily integrated into other websites right when you are trying to check out. A pop-up will suddenly appear promising something like '$25 off your shipment,' which is designed to deliberately trick you into clicking it. You think you are just getting a straightforward shipping discount on your current order, but it is actually a deceiving tactic to trap you into a hidden $25 a month subscription that you never wanted or agreed to. Do not fall for this trick."

I encountered ShipmentsFree.com through a “FreeDelivery / $20 cashback” prompt that appeared on the order confirmation page of World of Books. The prompt looked like part of the normal checkout process, and I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription.

Shortly afterwards, my credit card showed an attempted unauthorised charge, which I immediately disputed with my bank. This was extremely concerning, especially because the service does not disclose any physical business address, company details, or proper contact information. It operates only through an online dashboard, and the lack of transparency raises serious red flags.

Although Trustpilot does not allow photo uploads for this category, I have screenshots showing how the “$20 cashback” prompt appears during checkout (from a later purchase where the same prompt appeared), and another screenshot from the ShipmentsFree membership dashboard where my credit card details were already stored, even though I never knowingly subscribed. These clearly demonstrate how the service captures card information and attempts to initiate billing.

Because of the seriousness of the attempted unauthorised charge, I contacted both Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to report the issue. Both agencies acknowledged my report and provided general guidance, advising caution with services that use this type of subscription prompt and billing behaviour.

The way this service is presented, embedded inside another retailer’s checkout flow, is misleading, and the attempted charge was unacceptable. Consumers should be aware that this is not a genuine “free delivery” or cashback offer, but a subscription designed to obtain credit card details and initiate billing.

When you sign up for a "free trial", they authorize your card for the full cost of subscription, and only release the hold after the "free trial" has ended. (I cancelled my subscription immediately) This is super annoying. Don't give them your payment details.

SCAM. Was unwillingly redirected to this website whilst attempting to place an order with another business and input my card details thinking it was for the other website. Immediately cancelled subscription when I realised but they had already taken $25 out of my account. Have emailed and messaged on website - both of which they said they would respond to in 24 hours but I have been totally ignored.

ShipmentsFree started just fine. The rebates were fulfilled, I don't have a problem cashing small checks. They made the rebate submission process pretty easy.

All of a sudden, about two months ago, they started denying every rebate I submit, including similar ones I had submitted monthly. Not only do they not provide any reasoning at denial, but they wouldn't respond to my emails, to either their support or rebates email addresses. I've sent about six emails over the last several weeks, with no response.

Their phone number leads to effectively a messaging service, because they don't "have access" to any specific account information. If you call in, they will simply tell you to email your question in, or promise that someone will respond in 24-48 hours, which has passed several times. I've been promised this more than once.

So if you're ordering k pop stuff and wondering if this is worth it, it no longer is. The whole company might be just one guy answering the phone and avoiding you after charging you monthly.

Edit: They put the same "Our support is available 24/7" reply on this review and I am telling you they have not responded to me (using those exact channels) in six weeks. So don't believe that.

SIGNED UP FOR A 5 DAY FREE TRIAL TO CLAIM THE $15 CASH BACK THEY WERE OFFERING AND THEY TOOK $25 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE PROOF OF IT ALL.

I never willing joined or subscribed to this site, yet they took $25 out of my account. I spoke with their customer service many times to cancel it and they didn’t cancel it or refund . I stopped my card to stop the monthly payment.

they are con artists. stated it was $0 then took $25 out of my account don’t try it

I dont understand how people can complain on such an amazing company...
1) It charges $25 monthly
2)You get back $30 in rideshares a month
3) $100 shipping refund, just send reciept of item purchased
4) $40 off from phonebill
5) $20 for gas fuel
Yes, it cost $25, It takes a little time to submit the reciepts, but come on I didnt found an other site that actually sends you so much checks.

I had happily been using this shipping rebate company for awhile. After submitting several rebates in one month, they immediately cancelled my subscription and refused to send any shipping rebates. I called several times and emailed 3 times to ask why they cancelled my membership, and they never answered. I had made several purchases counting on the fact that shipping would be rebated, and got no explanation as to why. Terrible communication/customer servce.

Complete scam, asks you to sign up and has $0.00 free trial in massive bold lettering, then immediately takes $30 from your account. I used apple pay too which also displayed $0.00 so I’m not sure how its even legal to do this and how it bypasses apples security… do not ever use this site.

This company are scammers. They popped up as I completed a purchase, offering a rebate on shipping, however they attempted to take $25 from my account. Fortunately my bank declined the transaction and my card is now invalidated and a new card ordered.

Still trying to take $25 a month from my card but I have never signed up with them.

Absolute joke of a service no help with customer support just push you to sign up for their service just to take £20 pound off you and not give you any rebate as they should scammers STAY AWAY

This is Nathaniel Elliott you charged my debit card I did authorize it refund my now I am not a member and didn't sign up.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. What appeared to be a simple promotional offer turned into a recurring monthly subscription charge that I never intentionally signed up for. The entire process feels deceptive and designed to catch customers off guard.

After noticing the charges, I contacted customer service multiple times to get the issue resolved. Every response felt like it came from a robot. I was repeatedly asked the exact same questions over and over again, even though I had already provided all the requested information in previous emails. I dealt with multiple agents, yet nobody seemed to read the conversation history or take ownership of the issue.

Instead of helping customers, they make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel and obtain a refund. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering using this company, read the fine print very carefully. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.
