Why this garbage of a "bank" even exists? Wire transfer takes forever, more than the 7 business days they claim it lasts. The fees are astronomical, the service is primitive, the app is terrible and not user friendly at all, every option loads forever and support is bored. Limits are so low that basically your hard earned money belong to them not to you. They keep your money hostage. Avoid this garbage if you can please. I have such a sour experience with them and I only use it because my employer forces me to.

Transfer rates high and unreasonable.
Requested a transfer to another bank account which was rejected by the other bank as they didn’t trust it. This non delivered transfer costed me 20USD.
I tried to retrieve it by the service desk, after many back and forward messages they close the ticket. Great service!!!
Poor seafarers if you are depending on this bank, just loose your money in high rates and non delivered services.
I took out all my money and closed the account.

You are not taking in serious and not prioritize your operations.

Someone used my card online to make purchases. I contacted customer service several times to request the refund forms and after the first email they never responded! Terrible company to avoid!!

think about a terrible financial service, with terribly high fees for any transfer, a lousy interface on app and site, and an arrogant and lazy support team. then make that crap times 2 or 3. now ur getting close to what shipmoney is like. it is just awfull. IF u have to use it cuz of ur work I pity u. its like it was made to make u Lose money

ShipMoney's app has been updated and now is very easy to use. I am able to use it transfer my payments with no issues.

Shipmoney steal my money!
Shipmoney can't deliver my money and don't give the official explanation of reason.
But they steal my 12$ like a fee.
And they don't want to return it to me.
I think it's there business - steal for 12$ fee and free use your money 7 days.
Not recommended!
App also have a big problem.
Commotion is also very big for everything!
Transfer 1185454204 / 23382484.

Trying to transfer balance to my US account in Canada. It fails. Says my bank rejected it because account is wrong. Support says fix your info, but there is no way on their website to even see what info is being used. Support is all by e-mail and sends me in circles. 5 months now round and round, over a months pay stuck in there.
