Used to be good but now don't answer support and automatically sieze your package without any response if you go one day over the allowed time.

I can only contact you through this channel. You are not responding to my emails. You have closed my account. I had money and packages in there. How could you do this without sending them to me? I did this because I sent different payment addresses to different addresses. I also provided you with the documents you requested. Reopen my account. Just used them for shipping it to Mexico went smooth will definitely use them again

As a long-time user, I was satisfied, but lately they haven't been sending my packages. My packages are stuck in storage. My money is stuck in storage. They don't respond to emails. I think they're scammers. I don't understand why a system that was working fine suddenly started acting like scammers. I was very satisfied. Right now, the service is terrible. Don't use scammers.

Eigentlich sollte man einen Stern abziehen, statt zu geben!! Sie verdienen nämlich nicht. Sie tun alles, um die anvertrauen Pakete nicht zuzustellen, wenn sie wissen, was es beinhaltet, nur um es selber zu halten, also zu stehlen, das ist leider die Wahrheit, was ich aus eigener Erfahrung gemacht habe. Bitte seid vorsichtig!!!

They were great until the weren't. Package waybill has been created but not picked up yet 4 weeks later, 10 inquiries, 4 emails, 4 call unanswered, 1 call answered and no solution. Package value is $100 and zero responsibility is taken from them.

i mainly use it to order products from USA on sites that don't ship in Europe, so far so good. by the way i hope you can re-enable DHL again since it has the lowest customs tax in my country.

I’ve never used any shipping forwarding provider before but found some perfume that was only exclusive to the US. I did some research and found Shippingxps and saw on some reddit groups that they were good for forwarding perfume. I sent Shippingxps a message via whatsapp with a questions to make sure they could forward perfume and was so surprised with the quick response I got. The whole process was extremely easy and any questions I had throughout was quickly answered. The item came very quickly and fair shipping costs. Anyone looking to send things from the US to the UK I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so so much and I will be using again!

After reading the reviews from other US based freight forwarding providers, I didn't have much confidence in using one at all. That was until I stumbled across people mentioning on reddit that ShippingXPS was a reliable cost effective option. So I decided to give them a shot.

For context, I'm in Australia. There was a gift that was only available in the US and would only ship to an address within the United States. Hence requiring me to use a freight forwarding provider.

There were no clear instructions on ShippingXPS's website, so I'll elaborate in case it helps anyone else out.

I created a free account with ShippingXPS and used their Shipping Calculator to see roughly how much it was going to cost me to get my gift to Australia from USA.

Once signed up, you get access to ShippingXPS 's portal, which provides you with a local US address.

You then just order your packages/s and get them delivered to ShippingXPS provided US address. Once they are delivered, ShippingXPS staff confirm they have received your parcel and upload a photo of your parcel/s. They also upload the dimensions and weight of your packages/s.

You can now see your package in the ShippingXPS portal. If you have multiple packages, they will be listed and you can chose an option to have them consolidated. (I only had one package so I didn't use this service). Then go through the checkout process, enter your shipping address and select which shipping provider you would like to use and pay.

I went with the cheapest option which was $58USD to have my package shipped to AUS.

My package only took 7 days to get from the East coast of America to the my doorstep in Australia!

Overall, ShippingXPS was easy to deal with and was fast and efficient. Can not recommend them enough.

As many have said before, I also found ShippingXPS on Reddit while I was looking for a US based forwarder to receive some packages for me. After reading many negative reviews of the most famous forwarders on the market and reading positive reviews of ShippingXPS, I decided to give it a shot, and it was worth it! They are a legit service! They have Whatsapp for customer service which can be brief sometimes but they always answer. DHL shipping was also cheaper in comparison with other forwarders. One thing to look out for is that they have a 3$ fee for consolidating each order, so I had to pay 9$ just for them to put my 3 orders inside one package. Also, if you have instructions about what to dispose on your package, be as specific as possible and request photos to avoid surprises when you receive your package. Other than that, I'm satisfied with they service and will definitely use again in the future
