Tested and trusted..
All my shipments were delivered to Nigeria as advertised on their website.

I had an amazing experience with Africanies. I shopped for some gadgets from Amazon and EBay. I used their Delaware address and I was so surprised that i didn’t pay for any sales tax.
The delivery was also very swift, it got to me on Nigeria in 10 business days just as promised.
They are really doing a great job.

Lost three packages in the last four months. Their customer service makes things worse.

They overcharged me 2.5M, delayed my shipment, and destroyed my schedule while blaming customs—when, in reality, my goods had already been sitting on their storage shelf for over 30 days, covered in lizard droppings and dust. They are worse than customs. They will ruin your timely contracts once they know your shipment is of high value.

I have never written a bad review about a company before, but Shiptonaija.com is a definite no-go. What would it take for them to be transparent?

My payment for shipping was over charged and I paid and it was not even updated on my profile

They have dealt with me emotionally

Even after paystack confirmed the payment they are still saying they can’t confirm it and want me to make another payment

Do not ship with this company from Nigeria. Items came damaged. The accounting officer is not loyal to the company. Stay away from their Ilupeju office. Coin artist and thieves. I will never ship with again. You are warned.

This is a constructive logistics company that deals with import and export with expected delivery time unless there is an unforeseen circumstances. Nevertheless once it is brought to their notice,they refund 10% of the shipping cost for the delay in delivery.
Shipment is 100% insured.

If it were possible to give a 0 star, even -5 stars, I would. I paid for 2 week delivery, it took 3 months of phone calls to this business to complete. I never received the so-called 10% refund for late delivery. Worst of all, they added my email address to their relentless marketing email list. They even advertise seminars by their management to teach exporting and shipping - and yet are unable to deliver themselves!

I have been battling them since 2022 to leave me alone to no avail. It is impossible to delete you account from their so-called self-service website. Their website-listed phone numbers do not work.

They have been allegedly blacklisted by the USPS since December 2021 after a shipment I sent them went missing and they claimed never to have received it.

When reached by phone and WhatsApp, the owner and agents are rude and clueless as to the solutions to their problems. I have reported to the Houston BBB for further remedy.

They are scam, cheaters, fraud company. My itemsbwere delivered to them on 28th of August i waited one week to get update. They replied that i used wrong address meanwhilenthe address is correct and i was using them before covid 19.

They charged me for wrong address 9.99$, my package weight was 7 lb, they billed me 21.9 lb. They are smarter than fedex and amazon.

I requested reweight, they said if im wrong i will pay 4.99 $ per shipment. The moment i pressed ok, they added 4.99$ 6 times 3 for reweight and 3 for recount. I wonder how did they reweight and recount in just 2 seconds.

I left the items for them, imagine shipping items of 120$ AND PAYING 175$.

AVOID THEM. BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

I ordered a shipment of several items from the USA, intending to take advantage of the consolidation.
I don't have time to go into all the details, let me just say that I felt they were trying their possible worst to cheat me at each step of the way. They over measured the volume of almost all items, more than doubling it. After verification (for which they charged me upfront with promise to refund if I was right) they reduced it quite a lot but when I got the goods I saw it was still very high. They charged me special Lithium fee for flash drives which have no Lithium: I protested, they charged me to verify and confirmed I was right.
Since in both cases I was right, I asked that the 2 charges be reversed: they said I first had to pay along with the shipment cost, then it would be refunded.
They charged me for storage charges, because the goods stayed long in their store due to the time they took for the verifications, but they reversed this when I protested.
However they later took long to verify the payment and I incurred again storage charges: this time I was exhausted and didn't protest, but paid for it.
The cost for air basic came to be higher than what MyUS would have charged me for Courier.
They had a clause on their website saying they would refund 25% of shipping cost if they delivered late; they delivered very late, I asked for the 25% refund, but they said that was an old policy and referred me to another part of their site where they said the refund was only 10%
I asked them to refund the 10% and the 2 verification charges to my $ account, from which I had paid, but they said they were not able and asked for a Naira account. I gave it to them but I haven't seen the refund... After 2 emails without reply, I just gave up.
I swear I will never ever use them again.
But I will give it to them that they are extremely good at marketing themselves...
That's why I fell for it

Ship to Naija has become a nightmare to their customers. The most frustrating part of it is when they give you generic updates like "It's in transit" or "custom clearing" what does that even mean? Doesn't this package have a date and time it moved from point A-B? I don't get it. And when you reach out, they're nonchalant in their response. Horrible customer service, don't give a damn about customer satisfaction.

This is my first experience all I can say is this shipping company is a fraud. They will make you pay a shipment fee then pass your parcel via DHL and make you pay another fee before collection. You cannot trace your shipment to them, they do not receive calls, customer service is 0%. Please avoid, they will cause you anxiety and pain, your parcel will arrive late. Modern day daylight robbery

They will have your package in the warehouse for weeks and lied it still with the custom, Then contact you to pay some bribe before they can release your package 80k -100k
They gonna email you that your package is ready for delivery immediately after you pay them the money

Quick response, my stuffs got the location the exact day I was told it will, I didn’t have to call or wast my time parading their office, and to my surprise they were all intact no custom story.. very reliable, got along so well with the staffs, very respectful people and always at my service.. I will continue to use shiptonaija not intention to change.

I HAVE AN ITEM WITH SHIP TO NAIJA OVER A MONTH, ITEM I BOUGHT FOR $170, I WAS MADE TO PAY $255 FOR DELIVERY. HAVE PAID SINCE AND TILL DATE ITEMS STILL IN WARE HOUSE. NO CONTACT NOTHING. EVERYONE SEARCH ONLINE FOR THE AUTHORITY UNDER THE STATE OR THE WARE HOUSE USED AND REPORT WITH ALL YOUR EVIDENCE. THEY WILL BE BURSTED.

This is my first time of going back to a review page to write a review about a service, I searched for shiptonaija online when I was looking for a swift and affordable shipping service and also checked their reviews before I decided to use their services, after seeing good reviews I decided to try it out, my parcel was picked up from my sister in Lagos, and these people delivered just in 2 days after I made payment for the shipping, when I saw DHL notification about the delivery date I doubted not until I heard my door bell rang and I couldn’t believe it was the parcel from Nigeria that has arrived my door step in U.k, it’s so fulfilling and I told the pick up service I have received my parcel, their services was prompt and I will write a review, kudos to the pick up service, they did a good job, please u guys should continue the good work and I have recommended your company to my family, friends and colleagues. You are the sure plug.

I sent Crayfish, Dried fish to my lovely mother in USA, i couldn't believe it when she called me she got the items in just 5 working days! Shiptonaija una be correct deal! I can now ship more items to her and her friends and colleagues.
