The customer service & final product par excellent

I would like to thank The Shirt Framing Service Ltd team it has been an all round wonderful experience working with them. I can't fault the the final product or their customer service. My partner loved loved his gift. Quality made frame and display. They made the display better than what i even expected. Communication was great. Their WhatsApp number makes communication so easy. When I faced challenges with shipment, they saved the day. My heroes. I could never thank them enough for going above and beyond for me. I would definitely use them again and yes, I would recommend their services.

AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT RUINED KIT
absolutely horrified with this experience with the company! they have ruined a sentimental top for my late son that is irreplaceable. They did give a refund for the frame but the top itself is ruined. No apology from the company for their mistake! I would avoid if you don’t want your items being ruined.
They was trying to blame the manufacturers for the printing yet when the top was sent it was in perfect condition. to top this, the customer service is shocking. You can never get hold of anyone to sort out issues.
Would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately it took us a little longer than usual for us to find a solution so that we could fit this kit into the layout the customer desired. We understood this may have been frustrating for the customer, especially due to the sensitivity of the item and apologised for this directly to the customer over the phone. As well as this, as a gesture of goodwill we issued a full refund to the customer, provided the full framing service for free and covered the cost of delivering the frame back to the customer. We sent a number of photos of the framed kit which were approved by the customer before it was sent out.

When the customer received the framed kit they expressed their dissatisfaction with a crack in the printed lettering of the shirt. It was explained to the customer that during the framing process shirts are stretched slightly over an insert in order to ensure they sit cleanly within the frame. It is common for shirts to have small imperfections within their printing such as cracks within the lettering which may become more visible when put on the insert in the same way as they would when worn. Liability for this remains with the manufacturers or individual printers of the shirt itself. Any issues with the printing of the shirt can only be addressed by the printers of the shirt themselves so we could only recommend that the customer contact the shirt printer.
All enquiries made to us by the customer were promptly answered within working hours via phone calls and whatsapp messages.

As a company we are saddened by this outcome as we had spent many hours trying to get the kit right for the customer.

BEST BY MILES IN THE UK

Don’t bother about looking for any other framing companies THIS is your place to go to. Been a repeat customer for 5 years and never once even slightly disappointed with each framing service purchased. Yes can be a bit pricy for some of the framing options but well worth the money regardless. Start to finish process IMPECCABLE and you would be a fool to go elsewhere.

Perfect way to preserve those special events

Continue to be impressed by the service of The Shirt Framing Service. Stumbled across their service in 2023 when I was looking for a way to protect my finishers medal from the London Marathon.
Ran in both Manchester and London this year and without hesitation placed my order with the team. Every interaction with the team has been positive, quick and personal.
Very impressed with the turnaround of the service this year, as they get both frames done and returned in a week.
If and when I complete another event, I will be going back to The Shirt Framing Service.

High end framing

Unreal end product. Bought my signed shirt to life & I’m really pleased with it, if you have memorabilia I highly recommend these guys!

Also I experienced a great customer service & turn around.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Jack and the team are all brilliant and very helpful. I had 2 shifts framed, both look fantastic and will be treasured forever. The service was a lot quicker than I expected. Will definately be using them again and will recommend to all. Thank you.
