Great products, fast delivery

Website is easy to you and the delivery was prompt.

No issues with my product that I ordered.

Dispatch was quick. Unfortunately I encountered a problem with delivery which was not the fault of this company but they offered me a replacement or refund. Customer services is good, they respond to emails unlike lots of companies. I would recommend and buy from them again.

Arrived quick, great service

easy to place and order and good communication on delivery and service used for deliveries.

Everything was smooth and fast but there was one little product missing. Thats why 4 stars

Absolutely rubbish. Fraudulent company, reported. Placed order and but didn’t receive any products and no response from the customer service. Possibly based in China, not genuine.

The communication is very poor. First order didnt arrive, it was send back to seller and i had to contact them for refund because they simply forgot, i think. Communication, refund, shippment, all are very slow.

Sorry for this review, but this is the reality.

Ordered Starbuzz Cisto mist 250g flavour. It is my all time favourite and I know that it is not available in UK for a long time. I thought I’d try it from shishagear and if it’s the real flavour I’ll order the 1Kg one. The flavour I was sent is fake, no taste no flavour. So glad I didn’t waste £200 on 1Kg and definitely not going to use these guys again.

They asked me if I want another flavour but I don’t want to have another bad experience. I asked for refund and they went afk. Terrible service and communication.

The best on line

Bought a vyro V2. Had a few things missing. But they kindly sent them out to me. Would definitely use this site again.

I have been a regular customer of shisha gears since 2017 but the lack of customer service and care in the last orders I've had from them had been extremely disappointing. This time they used a courier service that I didnt choose and I paid extra for this, for the courier service that I didn't pick to deliver my parcel to someone else. Being left with a random path way picture and it hasn't been left with any of my immediate neighbours. I've even checked the next street. This was a gift for tomorrow. Contact needs to be better it took a week to sort out the wrong item I had last time for them to then tell me it was no longer available. I'm gutted to give this review but I'm also disappointed that the service has been extremely poor.

Incredible. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Very efficient customer service, cost-effective and fast delivery. Love the equipment and added gestures of sweets. Massive shout out to Shisha Gear 👊🏽👊🏽.
