Great customer service, although facing lengthy delays due to the impacts of covid and shipping delays (no fault of their own) the shoc team kept me updated regularly. Very responsive and helpful.

I highly recommend Shoc Furniture which I have never used before but from whom I have recently ordered an A1 plan chest. The plan chest was very competitively priced and the personalised customer service was outstanding. I am delighted with the product which was well packaged on arrival. It looks great in my new studio. Very happy!

Despite delays caused by the Covid pandemic the service we received from Shoc was absolutely first class.
We were updated regularly on the progress of the order and anticipated delivery dates. Despite the passing of several months the honest information provided and knowing the company were trying everything to complete the sale filled us with confidence. Diane was superb in communicating any new information and when the product did come into stock we were informed straight away and received the unit the following day.
Brilliant customer service from everyone concerned and a brilliant product.

My order got stuck in the Suez canal and I had to wait a while for it. However Shoc Furniture kept me fully informed. Their Customer Service is excellent and I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, they were open and honest in their communication, even in the midst of various logistic issues linked to pandemic and other things they had nothing to do with. I had to request a cancellation, and they have been fantastic and quick in processing everything. I will certainly buy from them again as soon as I need

We have just bought a 6 drawer Plans Chest from Shoc. It is excellent quality and better value than competitors as there was no excess charge for supplying an item under £500. The ordering process was simple and delivery sooner than expected despite the difficulties of working during lock down.

Diane went out of her way to get my furniture delivered as soon as possible a long wait because of lockdown but she kept me informed throughout . Would use again

So far so good, I haven’t yet recurved my furniture due to the last lockdown however I was informed that it should be arriving mid January.

I had finally found the piece of furniture I wanted and bought it initially on ebay only for it to be cancelled, then found it on Shoc Furniture who also had to cancel due to supplier issue. But this is where it gets very good...Diane called to explain the supplier issue but wanted to know if she could help me choose another piece of furniture...I was dead set on this certain piece and although appreciated her offer and suggestions I declined and they refunded me in full. But then she called me back a day later and said she had managed to source it and did I still want it...which of course I said yes! Another easy transaction later and the order turned up the next day. Diane went above and beyond and I really could not recommend Shocfurniture more. From now on I will check with them first if I am looking for anything else as they really are superb at what they do and really nice people too.

I ordered a mirror which was out of stock everywhere and Shocfurniture ordered and delivered the mirror quickly and efficiently to me. Great service, I would highly recommend.
