Great variety of laces!

The website is easy to use. The shoe laces come in various colours and sizes, and are good quality. Both the colours I selected were lighter than I had expected, but that cant be helped. There was no unnecessary packaging, and they arrived within two days. I would definately recommend Shoe N Boot.

Disappointing experience

This has been a disappointing experience after ordering an assortment of laces.
Some of the laces had to be stretched very taut to reach the quoted length, and the leather laces were missing.
A subsequent shipment of the leather laces never arrived.
The third shipment arrived, but the leather laces turned out to be a single lace, not a pair. Apparently, this is not an error; they send only one if you order leather laces. This is not disclosed on the website, only the fact that they can be cut to length.
Sorry, cannot recommend based on my experience.

UPDATE: Regarding the response below on 14/01/25, this tells potential customers all they need to know I think. Anyone not realising they mean that the lace has to be cut into two to make two laces, not that each individual lace of the pair can be shortened to desired length, is implied not to have the comprehension capability of the "average customer", whatever that is. They could so easily have simply apologised and updated the website to make it clear you are not ordering a pair but a single lace, so it needs to be twice as long as the stated length. Have downgraded my star-rating from two to one in light of the unnecessary tone of the reply.

All laces are at least the length stated, and the leather laces clearly states "Comes in a 2-Metre length so can be cut to size" I assume that is quite clear for the average customer. IF you are unsure of what the description means, then please contact us first in future to make sure that you are not making a similar mistake.
