I placed an order for two pairs of flip flops. Exactly the same pair. I received one in good condition. The second pair came in with mismatched shoes. I contacted Nika Mullis at customer service and she asked for proof. I sent her a photo. She then sent me a shipping label - 2 days later - to return the mismatched shoes and told me that they would send out the shoes I ordered when they received my return. That is not how I expected this to be handled. My shoes should have already been on their way. Very bad customer service. Very unhappy with this company. Buyer beware!

This company can carry more small sizes in the stores. Size 5 and 5.5 without me buying online and if they dont fit paying to have them restocked. Not my problem if they don't carry my Size so I shouldn't have to pay for them to restock. Ridiculous. The only local shoe store is in Marshall texas.

Shoes shipped FAST! (arrived within 3 days) Price was great! They're exactly what we thought they'd be, brandname Adidas men's shoes.

Dont ever shop online at this store!first the pictures are not clear and product specifications are misleading. I bought two purses thought they r good price, when they were recieved one of them was not as expected since there was only one picture for it on thier website, the other one was too small with a defective zipper!Ok, I regret buying them and wanted to return, I paid $12 for shipping hoping that they will waive the shipping fee as described in thier return policy!they recieved the product and refunded me the purses price but not the shipping fee!The problem is thier bad customer service whome I contacted many times to ask for the shipping fee and each time they have an excuse for not refunding that fee!one time they said why u did not send pictures!one time they said the items r not defective!I gave up but will never ever deal with them again.

First off, this is the first time I’ve heard of this place.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son because I knew he would love them and this was the only place I could find them. Without thinking, I put my card info in and placed the order. The receipt went to my spam folder, then it hit me, I never bothered to see if the site was legit. I looked up the reviews and saw everyone saying the order was cancelled after waiting, they take your money and never arrive etc. So, I felt like I took a loss and would wait it out a few weeks and call my bank. The shoes were on my porch literally 2 days later! Maybe it’s the stock of the shoes that everyone else is ordering, but I’m 100% satisfied with this company and delivery

I never had a problem until recently ordering with this company. Now they steal your money and cancel your whole order without refunding immediately. This is the holiday season and I need my money back. I will never shop here again in life. There is no way 5 pairs of shoes in all different sizes would all be out. This company is a scam now

There is a lot of cons to this job One is the pay for a part-timer is $10 an hour for a full-time manager who works almost 40 hours a week and barely gets a day off and has to come in all the time on their day off I get $13. Honestly this job is not worth it whatsoever The higher ups are awful they treat you like you are disposable. the constant threats of being written up and the harassment this job is not worth it.

There is no security in our store we have to watch every single customer that comes in and make sure that they do not steal anything when something is stolen that is the manager's fault they are constantly being threatened on being written up for poor job performance. What do they expect us to do tackle someone to the ground for stealing. When something is stolen it is the manager who's on shift that day is their fault they are constantly being threatened on being written up the store makes about 5,000 in credit card money and they can't even afford better security system that's just one store. I'm not worth the $13.

Last week the vice president of the company screamed at my boss Jacob saying that he should write me up because I of what I wrote down in the comments when I was clocking out I wrote down "going out to get water be right back."
The vice president of the entire company is awful he says that my comment was inappropriate and not of company values.
I was going to get water because the company does not provide water for employees other than the toilet.
water has to come from managements own paycheck. "Jacobs" own paycheck.

I have tried to quit more than once but my manager "Jacob"  always makes me feel bad because he's working more than 40 hours a week He's working over his hours and he doesn't get paid over hours but he has to because there's no one else to run two stores other than him.

I have been doing 12 hours just for the last few days

This company is also a health code violation for not giving employees any water drinkable water

I worked at many jobs but this one hurt me on a more emotional and mental level. I forgot my smile. I was so happy to get this job but being more at the job I forgot all the good things I forgot how to smile I can't relax anymore All I can think about is work and how I'll constantly be threatened of being written up this job is awful and you should not work here The higher ups need to treat us better I will just pay us what we deserve.

My manager Jacob work some more than 40 hours a week in two stores. And he does not get paid overtime.
But if he does not get paid overtime and do does his job right he gets in trouble.

I had a customer literally run out of the store with a pair of shoes what do does the company expect us to do right after them we have no security system All of the cameras in the store don't work there's only one camera that worked and it's pointed towards the employees.

Is something gets stollen it's my fault.
I have to take the garbage out at the end of the day in the back alley with no cameras in the dark

I worked 12-hour shifts alone for hours with no bathroom breaks.
I can only go to the bathroom when there's no customers
16 years old is the minimum age. if you are a minor and part timer, your hours will be split between 3 other people, only 15 hours for part-time employees.
A part-time timer will work only 5 hours a week

My friend, who was a part-time worker, had to get surgery on her wrist. She was a part-time timer and was told that part-time timers do not get PTO. The day after her wrist/hand surgery, she was forced to work.
You will never have a day off.
never. you will never get a raise fom the shoe dept.

HORRIBLE. I ordered shoes that never came and then had to wait a week for a refund I do not recommend spending your money here.

Horrible company to work for. I was a former employee at 1711 Store and I’m still waiting on my paycheck for August.15,2025. I have been call payroll department and still haven’t received it til this day which is September.5,2025. Today I spoke with Jay Manning and he is very rude, disrespectful and make the company look worsted than what it is. They only pay keyholder $10 per hour and treat you like shit.

As a former employee I would not recommend employment or shopping here. The companies first and only priority or concern in profit. They treat their employees terribly with high work load and low pay. Training is non-existent and you are left to do everything on your own and figure it out. As an experienced manager I regret ever applying and definitely regret my employment. After an injury which was ignored and denied by my direct supervisor, HR also ignored me and I was given an ultimatum forcing me to resign. Now 8 months later I’m fighting workers comp because their insurance company refused my clean without doing their due diligence. I might see lost wages next year when out court date comes. 2/3 of my wages and still recovering from surgery. My life has been ruined.

Finding them was easy! Ordering was easy! Delivery was elf quick!

Well it was the only site that had my special size of 11 wide in that shoe. Plus I like how you get reward points for buying and their rewards program is amazing.

I ordered 3 pairs of The "DC Gravelers" 2 pink women's and 1 orange mens, all 3 arrived perfect, fast shipping, no flaws and authentic

I was nervous about it but it turned out great for me.
(Also it was from there second site SHOE SHOW ENCORE, NOT MEGA , but I only found it cause of the mega website so.)

I received my shoes from Shoe Show with no problem. The box was packed with care and the sizes were correct. I got a great deal and ordered online, (BOGO 1/2 off). It was even a personal "Thank You" on the packing list. I'm blessed to have an experience with no problems.

I went there should have a lot of points go in today and manager Gabriela tells me my last visit which she helped me pick out a pair of hey dudes was w me the whole time telling me how they're being investigated for over 10;000 worth of merchandise missing...
I go in and she says I am on camera. Well arrest me. Or a lawyer call me.

The return policy as stated on their website is unclear as to who will pay for postage--you will. Not a great set-up for something as user specific fit--and heavy--as shoes.

I checked out their shoe site, I've seen and brought 2 pairs of sneakers for my son. The new balance are great! He also wanted sonic..great picks, looks very good! Cost is very affordable. Came within 3 to 4days.

I placed an online order for a pair of shoes.. turns out they were never actually available and I’ve been waiting over a week for my refund. When I call the customer service number I get attitude.

Mailed me dirty used shoes. If I could attach pictures I would. It won't let me.

You're gonna wanna ignore the positive reviews and save yourself the wasted time and effort. Their Customer Service/Order Management Lead will pretend you're making it up and then ignore you. Been over a week and they haven't resolved the issue.

ShoeShow/ShoeDept does not care whether your order arrives in its stock condition and intact. They routinely ship the shoes without the lids on their boxes so that they are exposed and loose in shipment (this also senselessly robs you of the opportunity to neatly stack your new box of shoes in your closet with all the other boxes that have their lids on them like they're supposed to).

They pack the orders in very cheap shipping boxes with super cheap packaging tape so that the tape comes loose in shipment and the box is useless so it can't handle the weight of all the other packages that will be piled on top of it in transit on its way to you.

So then when it gets delivered to you with the top of the box caving in and open with its contents openly revealed and the shoes now damp from having absorbed the abundant outdoor humidity and with it getting rained into, and you then have to take your own time and energy to notify customer service about it, and their lead customer service person will actually write you back confidently denying it, suggesting that something was piled on top of it (like they think you're making it up or like you damaged it yourself, or like they're too stupid to understand boxes get other boxes piled onto them in the UPS truck) and will tell you that they see nothing wrong with it and that you can ship them back at your own expense. As if everyone can just get up and go do that.

Doing business with these people is not worth the hassle. They are not interested in an honest sales transaction and they do not care if you are not happy with the terrible job they do. They apparently think everyone is able to just get up and go return things to the store. Which, also -- I'm telling them this box got rained into, and they say it seems fine to them and take them back to the store??? So rather than believe the customer, they'll tell them to bring the "not damaged enough" shoes back to be sold to someone else.

I've dealt with this kind of crap from them more than once in the past too, which is insane, because what kind of company shipping something as simple as shoes in 2024 can manage to repeatedly fail to seal a shipping box correctly??
