We’ve done two house renovations and extension with Shomera. After looking around we choose Shomera as our architect and builder. They did not disappoint. The project was completed on time, within budget and to a high quality finish. Everyone we dealt with from office to ground staff were very pleasant, professional, honest and on the ball. That first experience gave us confidence to go again. We didn’t look anywhere else and choose Shomera again. Once more, very happy with how project went and outcome and the standard was on par if not better than first. Highly recommended

Exceptional service
I'm sure like you we did a TON of research when we decided to build a garden office and talked to several people. Along the way the absolutely best were Shomera. And the build was perfect. They delivered a skip and a portaloo, the lads who built it came and went each day and didn't disturb us at all, unless they had a question for us. The guys were polite, kind and really fast as doing the job. The timing by Carol was perfection too - she made sure that everything happened when she said it would, including removal of the skip and portaloo. Its wonderful, we are really happy with the finished build and couldnt praise the way Shomera worked for us highly enough. Thanks to everyone, but especially Carol who was available all the time to take our questions and give us advice around the process. 5/5

The whole process was very straightforward, from estimating to completion of the shomera. Carol was great with answering questions and keeping us updated on the build schedule. We are very happy with the end result

Shomera developed and installed a contemporary garden room for us which works as both an office and a leisure space. They added an additional window on request and at all stages of planning and installation the communication was excellent and we were delighted with the end result.

The Shomera team were a pleasure to deal with from begining to end. We are really happy with our new room and couldn't recommend them highly enough! I only wish our garden were big enough for two of their rooms!

Shomera's customer care is second to none. When our extension was installed, it was done to the highest standard and every snag was taken care of (they even pointed out some we'd not spotted!). Years later, they followed up on their guarantee with an inspection and resolution of a small issue, no quibble, no delay (thanks, Max). I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Chris.

Five stars are not enough! We are so happy we chose Shomera to bring our garden studio dream to life… Everything from the first interaction with them to the last moment of the final clean up when the work was complete was exceptional. I cannot express just how good their service really is… The studio is so stylish and the finish is excellent. The tradesmen were all very experienced and professional, and all arrived on time and as expected according to the schedule we were given ahead of the work commencing, which, if you’ve ever tried to get a tradesman you’ll know is very impressive! So delighted we went with Shomera and can totally understand why they have the excellent reputation they have truly earned!

Not only did Sheomra build me a beautiful, high quality extension but they were just fantastic to deal with. Everybody in the company got back to me super quickly and Sheomra gave me drawings before they started the job so I knew exactly what it was going to look like and exactly what it was going to cost. They gave me a timetable of when they would start and finish … And they did everything bang on time… with the only exception being there was a delay in putting the UV coating on my flat roof. But that was not their fault because it was December and the weather needed to be dry and above 4°C. They were only a week or so late with that part of the job, but everything else went according to the time scale. I honestly do not have anything negative to say. Their service was beyond my dreams. The various tradesmen on site were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Sheomra.

Excellent Quality and Customer Service overall. We have a 2 room, 1 bathroom garden standalone unit. The design stage was easy and sales person very helpful and easy to deal with. We had a bespoke layout and he worked with me to tweak it several times until we were happy. Once on site the teams were very impressive. They came on time and were respectful of our property. The process was like a well oiled machine - teams working back to back. The final finished product is fantastic looking and of very high quality. And the process was very quick. If I was to pick holes I would say its a shame they don't offer interior painting and kitchen installation as part of service for a garden room/unit (they do for extensions). However not everyone may want/need that. I also felt that best practices for layouts of certain elements such as electrical fittings and kitchenette- wasn't clear. But these were small details. And overall we are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend.

Such a bad customer service and unprofessional. wasted my 2 weeks waiting for them to come back. I emailed about my house extension and waited few days for respond saying someone is on annual leave but will get other expert get in touch with me as soon as possible. No signed contracted me it has been week now. Anyway I got different company who visited my house and got quotes within 2 days. Very disappointed even emailed twice no one got back to me.

Very good experience so far...we have had reported some snags after first installation which were dealt with personal care by Max and the team and we are quite happy and satisfied with the overal service and experience now.
We have been assured of the continued support and service in case of any issues in future too.

We could not recommend Shomera highly enough. They understood our needs and exceeded all of them. From design to construction to finish, they were terrific. They were professional and courteous and every stage and nothing was a problem for them.

Showers built an extension to our house. As a timber framed passive house, we needed a company which understood the issues this would bring. They also carried out major renovations inside the house, moving the kitchen to the opposite side of the house.

The work was completed on time, and all of the different teams worked seamlessly. Place kept clean, as much as it can be. Costing were very detailed.

We would not hesitate to recommend Shomera to anyone.

Shomera completed an extension for us, with kitchen, utilty and downstairs bathroom. The finish is excellent and Shomera were a great company to deal with. This was our second time using them, we had a similar job completed on our previous house, and we had no hesitation in going back to them for this project. It was also great to work with the same team again!

We engaged Shomera to do a ground floor extension for us in 2024 and found them excellent to deal with from the very first design session all the way through to final snagging. The design service was insightful and considered and we were given plenty of chance to iterate on our design. The planning was meticulous and the build itself was exemplary - the team were very well organized and there wasn't a single day missed on site. Any issues that arose during the build were also dealt with in a very professional manner. The finish is to very high standard and we are delighted with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shomera to anybody looking to extend their property.

We did a single storey extension with Shomera. It was a fantastic experience from initial consultation through to the end result. I was truly shocked by the efficiency - a study in project management. Everything was on time and the communication was excellent. The result is a beautiful spacious extension, well thought out for light and usefulness of the space. Value for money was also great - costs were clearly outlined, no changes made without clear confirmation. Our project manager was available for any questions and checked in frequently to make sure all was going to plan. We managed to stay in the house for the work and the team were very accommodating for this - letting us know in advance when utilities had to be switched off and after the initial demolition activities the disruption was surprisingly minimal. I would highly recommend working with Shomera if you want a high quality build delivered on time.
