Fuyé, colis bien recu, retourné car probleme de taille.
le colis est bien arrivé chez eux mais plus rien ne ce passe depuis 2 mois !! envois de mails ( 4 emails) , pour les appeler, c'est en anglais !!! mais ce n'est pas genant puisqu'il ne decroche meme pas. donc je me suis fait volé

I returned trainers that didn't fit 2 months ago. Still no refund. The customer suppirt is useless - nobody answers, nobody returns calls. Reply on my e-mail, where I explained the case and insisted on full refund, was "we haven't received your delivery", despite I attached a delivery document. Never buy anything from this site!

I first learnt about Shooos when i saw a lady a train station wearing a pair of N balance trainers you, I stopped and asked where she purchased them from she told me about the Shooos online. When i was about to purchase, i read all the online reviews a lot of them bad some good. I still decided to take that first plunge. I purchased my first pair of N balance trainers in 2023 and i have not looked back. I have had no issues with communicating with them online, i send emails they respond promptly. If any orders are too small, they have swift and prompt return service, I have had to prompt and follow up my refund but this is no different to other retailers and we are talking days not weeks or months. I have purchased about 3 N balance trainers, flip flops and birkenstock sandals. All legit all originals no scams that I am aware of. So I'm baffled by all these reviews. I can only talk about my own experience. and I am about to .purchase my 4th Pair of N balance. So my advice is take the plunge and see what happens. They are legitimate based company. i believe they are polish with a UK base that takes care of the returns.

My experience was flawless. I took a bet after seeing a low rating but they have probably improved quite a lot because everything was perfect with no delay or any other issue.

J' ai commandé des Birkenstock j' ai été prélevé de 175€ et je n' ai pas reçu les chaussures j' ai envoyé un mail pour savoir où était mes chaussures et à ce jour je n' ai aucune réponse de leur part je me demande si c'est pas de la fraude

SCAM! Do not buy anything from shooos, I almost lost $400 buying a pair of boots but managed to get my money back through my bank.

Please do not risk buying anything! I should have noticed most of the positive reviews of the website come out of the netherlands… where the company is based.

Well well.... I thought I bought a pair of Adidas "garzelle" shoes, now two weeks later I still dont got them. They say its in a pickup place, I have been there ofcourse. They dont have a parcel with the code number they given me. And I always get a message from the them when I suppose to pick something up!
So, this is a really SCAM!!
They keep my money and I dont get the shoes! Awful buisness!

J'ai commandé des converses introuvables ailleurs, un peu refroidi par les commentaires ici, j'ai quand même décidé de tenter et j'ai bien fait, arrivé en une grosse semaine sans accroc !

Ho acquistato 2 paia di Adidas forum mid. Entrambi avevano un evidente difetto di cucitura davanti. Ho fatto il reso, esperienza pessima.

Pas de suivi d'envoi, article soit disant livré jamais reçu, plateforme téléphonique a l'étranger .
L'impression d'être sur un site d'arnaque c'est pas possible.
Plus de 100euro retiré sur mon compte bancaire

I doubted if I should order from Shooos, since there are some negative reviews about shipping, but decided that I felt lucky. Turned out to be a good gamble because there weren't any troubles for me. I got an e-mail confirmation immediately after placing the order, as well as a text message with a link to see order updates. When they sent out the order I got another e-mail with tracking information. They shipped the same day, so super fast. Also was a sunday I may add. On Wednesday I had my package, so shipping was super quick (Slovakia to Netherlands.) Whatever went wrong with seneing out shipping information to others before, they seem to have fixed it.

The shoes are great, came in original box, real deal. They fit perfectly, so I didn't have any contact with customer service and can't comment on that. Overall I definitely had a good experience and would order again from them.

Ordered two pairs of trainers, arrived two weeks later. I had to return them due to them being too small. Used their own packaging, sent back as instructed. No refund made. I contacted them a via email and WhatsApp customer support channel regarding the refund. No response whatsoever. Had to contact my card issuer to get my money back. Avoid.
