This is the worst company I’ve ever come across. They do not reply and do not refund for a non functioning machine that they provide

BEWARE - SCAM! This appears to be a fake website driving people to honey traps. Supposedly reviews products but when you visit their "about us" it talks of them being a coffee shop?! I almost purchased something but luckily checked it out on trustpilot and it was a scam. It's the wild west out there, please do you research when buying!

I placed an order with this company which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, I only received the cheaper of the 2 items. I have emailed them 3 times, receiving the automated response of they will get back to me in 2 working days, which they don't do. I've tried the bontact telephone numbers, but the operator says ' this number is not recognised'!!
I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. The reviews are SHOCKING....

Order delayed. Then I was told it would come on the 10th. It is now the 15th with no further tracking, no update on the proposed 20% discount even though I have emailed 3 days in a row now they're silent. I want the product (air fryer) but it would've been easier to order from elsewhere. They should stick to distributing locally as it seems they're always delayed when it comes to UK orders. Or most of them. I would just get a refund but that would probably take equally as long.

Terible experience and coustumer service! They told me : I don’t care you have to wait,because you exit from Brexit. What? I already wait extra 10 days and my item is not arrive. They sell products in Uk but they are from Spain. Idk how Klarna make contract with them. Scam Scam Scam

Absolutely shocking.

Purchased two products only received one.
And appears they no longer exist. Web page is no longer working and no replies to emails.

UPDATE on your reply.... I never requested a refund, just the items I had ordered. With continued battling with emails. An outcome was forthcoming. Plus an additional free offer which as usual has not come to fruition.
Oh and the website is down yet again....!!!

I am delighted with the service I received from Shop Best. My Order was easy to place, and their customer service kept me well informed. I would most certainly buy from them again with confidence.
