She went out of town and came back after they were delivered and within the return time frame. They are too small. I have emailed the company four times to exchange the shoes. No response. It's like a fake company or something. They do have a very strong smell of some sort. Like petroleum oil or something. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

I can afford it, but others cannot. Please release and feed your model and release the other prisoners that work in your toxic factory sweatshop!

Had maybe the worst customer service experience ever when I went to their Lower East Side location to try to exchange my shoes. The woman helping me was barely familiar with the merchandise, and turned out to be the manager. She seemed bothered that I was there and I had to pry information out of her about how I could get the correct shoe size. They didnât have the shoes I wanted in store so she said she couldnât help me. I had to ask if they could order the right size for me online as an even exchange and that seemed to be a huge inconvenience. Since they donât offer refunds and only exchanges, Iâm not sure what would have happened if I didnât ask for the correct size. Fast forward almost a month later and I still do not have the shoes. Iâve reached out to customer service and they said to give them a few days to figure out my order. I ordered the original shoes almost 2 months ago so I canât comment on the actual shoes, but I will not be purchasing from this company again simply because of the hassle it has been.

I ordered a pair of shoes, I waited for it like about 3 or 4 weeks, but it's okay, cause I live in Europe, not in the USA. So they finally arrived and guess what happened then? The sole came off after just one wear! I took them in for repair, they glued the broken sandal, I wore them one more time, and then the other sandal broke as well. Design of shoes is really nice, but the quality... no words

Wrecked after 3 wears
I ordered two pairs of shoes, almost $200 worth of product. The black clogs began falling apart at the sole after two wears, they looked like they were 3 years old. The plastic lining rubbed clean off because I made the mistake of walking around in them. They soles are hard as a rock, and I immediately had to buy cushy inserts. The green sandals (are so cute, I was SO excited to get them, don't be fooled) were more comfortable, but really scuffed and worn after I wore them out dancing. Such a disappointment and waste of money. I really wish I had found honest reviews before I wasted all that money. Here's you sign to NOT drop $200 on shop peche.

I never do that, but the experience upset me. and reading here, I saw that this happened to someone else. I bought a shoe at the peche store on June 16th, and to this day there is no active resolution of my case. The tag was created and I never received the tracking code. I sent an email and they told me that the product would take 10-14 business days to arrive. continue without receiving tracking. The order arrived a long time later than the deadline and I asked to return it because it was no longer at the address, and I asked for a refund. they informed me that they would check with the manager if this would be possible (of course it should be, because they exceeded the deadline and I don't have my order in hand). I waited for a response and now they told me that I would have a store credit, or they would wait for the product to go to my country (Brazil). I accepted, because to receive the order taxed more by the country and from what I understand, they work with dropshipping, so sevier from china would be, it won't take 3 months to arrive. A product that I would have in hand in 14 days, now I'm out of money and without the product. Slow and incomprehensible customer service. I do not recommend.
Drop Shipping Nightmare
I placed my order on June 5th, and by June 24th I still have not recieved my order, and the tracking number I was provided shows that only a label was created. Customer service has been spotty. 10 days after my order I asked for an update and they told me it takes 10-14 days for an order to ship. 15 days after my order, tracking still hadn't updated and I reached out again. Customer service told me that "per management your order was shipped and delivered" but they wouldn't provide me any tracking information that showed that. Customer service told me that they would have to wait to hear back from "management" about where my order was. I'm guessing this store is drop shipping items from China and "management" isn't actually anyone at Peche. Don't waist your money or time!
Update: I finally heard back from their customer service, but they never sent me tracking info even though I asked for it in multiple emails. I received a short email saying that my package had been sent back to them and redelivered to me, although I can't confirm this because the original tracking number never updated (it only showed a label had been created but never actually shipped) and was never given any actual tracking info. I did receive the my package in early July, a full month after I placed my order, and the shoes I received were in the wrong color, which I did not order. The shoes are cute enough but the quality is definitely not worth the price (I paid $100). They are definitely fast fashion, wholesale quality that you can get for less than $30 on a site like AliExpress. I've cut my losses and wont be trying to return them because communicating with their "customer service" isn't worth the headache.
Bottom line: Cute products, but you can literally find the same items on AliExpress or Stylenanda for a fraction of the price with the same shipping time.
Extremely slow customer service
Extremely slow customer service! I ordered the wrong pair of shoes, then within the minute emailed to cancel my order (and ordered the correct pair). I didnât get a response for days, at which point the shoes had already been processed and the money had left my account. I emailed again to ask to cancel the order, received another cagey reply after about a week saying the shoes were out for delivery. I explained that it was ok and Iâd happily return the shoes, as long as I was refunded plus the shipping costs, only to be told that they donât cover shipping for international returns - even though all I had wanted to do was cancel the order in the first place! Really gives the impression they donât care about their customers.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Ordered a pair of shoes in red and they sent them in black saying the other product was OFS but they didnât advise before accepting the order, plus size 39 fits like 38 and I wanted to send them back but they told me the shoes were on sale so no return cause they were getting rid of the remaining stock (at the expense of the client clearly) so I now have to keep wrong size and wrong color. Obviously not mention of no return policy for sales was found on the website. Such a horrible experience.

En su cuenta de Instagram se posicionan como UNA MARCA PROPIA pero para nada es asÃ, es una especie de droppshiping. Pagué 131$ por unas botas que al llegar no tenÃan ni caja (solo la caja de envios la de correo express) las botas venian en una especie de bolsita de "tela" extra fina sin ningun tipo de etiqueta de la marca, ni folleto ni nada que les identifique. Solo las botas. Que eso ya es bastante sospechoso.... y luego me las puse una vez y se han deformado bastante para un solo uso. La punta se arrugó muchisimo. Dinero tirado, no recomiendo este sitio y menos si sois de europa y os pilla lejos. Venden calidad pero es todo humo.
Parece que me las compré en Aliexpress. Ellos en un correo me dijeron que todos sus artÃculos los obtenian en Corea del Sur, pero en las botas pone made it china y la marca que los hace se llama Maryam.
